Joe name dropping Royce and SH and acting like Royce and Em had a friendship like Em and proof 🙄 when Em looks like he wanted to off himself everytime he’s around Royce and won’t even let him in the studio anymore

Is Grip having some problems with Shady? He posted some strange tweets, tagging Griselda. Honestly who cares at this point. Grip never interacts with fans. Rarely drops freestyles, rarely interactive on social media in general....too busy making beer line besides boogie everyone on shady records are annoying; Paul got to stop signing ppl suggested by certain ppl. They all have the same mindset except maybe benny the butcher and sometimes Conway. Westside gunn is the worst. Throwing public tantrums when things dont go there way. Do ppl forget that they almost ended Ems relationship with interscope after SSLP didn't sell like crazyyyy and had to extra prove himself with MMLP? Royce did an interview recently saying that Heaven Studios is good because there is no pressure there and that back in his day there was too much pressure. And from my understanding Royce aint investing his OWN hundreds of thousands of dollars into an artist. Maybe if it hit his wallet more he'd put on some pressure. Em can't continue to be the only one who brings in money while always investing in shady artists. Thats not sustainable. there has to be SOME pressure in ur career especially early on when you want to be a superstar or your going to be shelved. They aren't just getting a paycheck from a job like most of us. Em worked himself into a legit coma for the first five years of being signed not to mention the ten years he put in before signing. Now he gets to reap those benefits and still works hard. Yes I do think in the 2000s artists went through too much pressure (that was a WILD celeb time) but there has to be a happy medium and less kid gloves to a point. Because if not where is the story? Artists have no stories now a days. They can release a catchy song once in a while and get paid off that but can they perform that song 20 plus years later and have the whole room chant it? And dont get me wrong I get being in this industry is probably HARD and unfair and stressful (I know I couldn't do it- id cry everyday) but if you want to become a superstar what do you expect? You think Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson heck even Britney and NSYNC had a lot of days off? Beyonce? Nah all these mega celebs are a legit a little crazy. Have you seen Beyonce's face when someone messes up during her performance? Crazy eyes. Same with Em. They are just wired different. And Im not saying every artist needs to be as big as them or as crazy (for lack of a better word) but there has to be a happy medium. I think Boogie is finally getting it tbh and branching out. also look at yelawolf. Dude is doing very well for himself with his own fan base - he engages them VERY well. Don't get me wrong Paul is not good at advertising and has a LOT of faults but in comparison to other labels shady records are too nice to their artists imo. I would have gone crazy after the SH issue for instance. Paul just kept giving them chances and chances after investing a lot into them no matter how they try to paint the narrative.
