I was ramdomly looking at Billboard top 200 and The eminem Show is number 56 this week! What? Lol this is so ramdom and high for someone who didn't win or show up at the grammys...
Adele won album of the years with 25, it's at position 21, but her older album 21 is at position 87.
Recovery at 110 and MMLP2 151

No Favors is the #1 hip hop single of the week. Never underestimate the influence or star power of Mr. Marshall Mathers. ;-) Big Sean’s “No Favors” with Eminem debuts at the #1 spot after his single “Bounce Back” was hanging around at position #11 last week, putting three digital singles from his latest album I Decided in the Top 25. Migos holds on to the #2 spot with the Lil Uzi Vert-assisted “Bad and Boujee,” and Machine Gun Kelly’s “Bad Things” gets bumped two spots down to #3 in the sales rankings. Yeah did Em really did something......... Or is he just finding lame excuses for his lack of work and success. Thanxs for sharing though, never knew that. Edit: So MGK said that Em banned him from Shade 45, lol wonder if it's true, maybe he just didn't have good music to be played... or maybe Em is petty AF :ce Which I could imagine him to be, I mean he got sensitive over Asher Roth lol

I didn't want to start a new topic for this and I figured that Charts were kinda linked with Hall of fame. Anyway Jay-Z has been inducted into "Songwriters Hall of Fame", he is the first rapper! I am surprised he is the first one since rappers are well known for being songwriters lol. I wonder if it's going to open doors for other rappers or they are going to be snub because they think of rap as vulgar. I feel like Jay is always upgraded because of Beyonce and he might get a pass. www.billboard.com/articles/news/7694508/2017-songwriters-hall-fame-inductees-jay-z-max-martin

Asher Roth said in 2009 that he wasn't relevant anymore, I would take that as a diss too.

britanny Asher Roth said Em used to be legend, meaning he grew up on him, was influenced by him and his work was just legend on his debut. Doesn't mean he thinks Em is bad now days, but Em took it like it because he was rapping in the past tense. No one saw it as a diss until Em dissed him back, so Em might have been sensitive. If the MGK thing is true, I wonder what bothers him about it, the fact he mentions Hailie, so bring up attention to her (he seems to want her to have a very very private life) or because he said she was hot AF, is it the term, maybe if he had said beautiful instead, or he feels like she is treated like an object (he is such a feminist lol). I also do think he sould not be mad about it, he meant it as compliment.

He had said something about her being hot, but Hailie was still underage at the time. (Although he is only a few years older than her.)

I thought Machine Gun Kelly said Em ruined his career because he said Hailie was hot. How's he at #3? Does he mean he ruined his own career? What did Em do when he said that? I don't think Em ever said anything. MGK is the one that made the remark that ever since he made a comment about Hailie, his career had been in the toilet. www.vibe.com/2015/10/machine-gun-kelly-tweet-eminem-daughter-blackballed/

What did Em say again? He said this on Asshole "Quit actin' salty, I was countin' on you to count me out/Ask Asher Roth when he round-a-bout dissed me to shout me out/Thought I was history/But goddamn honkey, that compliment's like backhanding a donkey," Did he say anything else?

I don't think he said something else but I remember it did cause a bit if Drama, Asher Roth got asked about it a lot in interviews and said he never intended to give a backhanding compliment, he always talked about how he was a huge Em fan...it's not like it was coming from Rick Ross or another shady artist. He is far from being the only one that talk about Eminem in the past tense! The interviewers were also on Asher Roth's side.
I always felt like Em was more sensitive when it came to other white rappers though.

Didn't Asher Roth say he didn't see it as an attack from Em tho, that he just thought it was cool Em mentioned him?
