I swear Ems team so nasty. Nothing about this podcast is really about Em. Its just Paul, Royce and minions. They just see him as a cash grab and dont really respect him. When they even give him a compliment it sounds condescending/acting like he's a child.
Im so glad Em is with Dre right now is all Iām gonna say man.

They might be bias because (the psychologist side of me feels the needs to say that lol) because how much I hate Royce and am side eyeing his entire team right now. Cuz ur right itās like they are ALL trying to justify their worth right now. Even Paul a bit. Idk if they are making these to have Em listen to suck up to him and try and calm him down or to help prepare their careers if Em is like adios aka retire or bring in new management/team Couple fun tid bits about Em was that apparently he stared down the director when he first met him (which I heard of Em doing before - Em doesnt trust anyone lol) and also how much Em hates his time wasted per Paul and if something has to be postponed he needs a precise timeline and a proper reason or heās pretty much done with u. Iām sure he thought SH was shit ton of wasted time Which I totally get. Ppl like Royce forget that they are dealing with million dollar budgets. A million dollars is A LOT of money. Even at my job I aināt gonna tell them I didnāt finish a project and not give them a new timeline lol. Nothing else really that we donāt already know. Besides the ābloodā in the 3 am video being very cold and James kissing ass and begging for his life for two mins afterwards But like I said Iāll give a better summary of all three this weekend |

Even though I want it badly I know wishful thinking on my part š i just feel like he is practically in a quasi Britney situation where everyone is just out for money yet they are more smart with it than Britneyās family also another thing about the episodes is that they are still pretty vapid questions with no depth. One last thing regarding Paulās pod
After listening to the episodes itās clear to me that Paul and the āteamā dont understand WHY Em fans love him. Like they really donāt get what makes him so special to us and are shocked that the love doesnāt just automatically transfer to them or wonder why their marketing doesnāt work.

Is there anyway to see how many people are listening to the podcast? Cause I just donāt see how an artists manager is getting that many listens, espesh when heās put out a schedule of who appears and when as thereās no way ima listen to any until itās Ems turn! Maybe Iāll listen to Skylars, she posted a story yesterday or the day before about how she really wishes she didnāt sell her catalogue along with a photo of CC2 at number 1 and then I went and read about it and about her royalties that she wouldāve got, canāt imagine how crap that would make any artist feel. Would be interesting to compare how many listeners Paulās podcast vs Hailieās podcast have |

Someone made a good point on Twitter.
If Ems team was "nice" they could give Skylar her catalog back and she would start banking on sales but we know thereās no way Paul is going to lose out on the money that a song like love the way you lie brings in. Im sure Em could care less I mean heās wealthy without her few songs but itās everyone else thatās involved that gets paid off her songs.
I do feel bad that she has to watch all of them make loads of money while sheās still trying to blow up as an artist which hate to say will likely never happen for her. Her best bet is Em continues to us her as the hooks girl. That really does suck for a lot of artist that have worked with him. Unless the ey were already established artist they arenāt getting paid anything or enough compared to the numbers his songs do. Dina Rae one time showed a check she got from streaming of Superman in a think like a month and it was only $500. I get paid a lot more then that at my 9-5 in a week!

That video didnāt even do well, it wasnāt Ems song and not on CC2. Wtf did they discuss it. EM WASNT EVEN IN THE VIDEOOOOO. This is just a big ego stroke for everyone but Em.
Idk if Paulās ego doesnāt want to admit that Royce was a mistake so he is trying to defend bme because Em was pissed over rhe SH mess or what. Like being see?!! Not everything was bad!!
