Wasn’t Eminem supposed to declare in court today?? No, there was a court date for Matthew Hughes but no info if Eminem was supposed to appear. There were articles that said Eminem likely will have to testify but without a certain date. 👌Ok. They said in the article, "If the case ultimately goes to trial, he'll have to appear at trial, otherwise the case will be dismissed, but he did not appear at the district court for the preliminary exam." |

But if Em never shows up they will dismiss his case. They said in the article that he didn’t show up either in the preliminary meeting. He didn't have to show up yet. Like he wasn't ordered to appear. So far his lawyer followed the hearings through Videostream. If Eminem gets ordred to testify and he doesn't show up and won't arrange a Video hearing or whatever, then they will close the case. |
