Lol the nephew he thought he saw was not some little kid. He said he woke up and thought it was his nephew clearly he looked at him and even if he was sitting down Hughes was standing. How can you equate a 27 year old to like a 10 year old standing up? That makes absolutely no sense at all. They never said he heard strange noises. Originally they said the alarm went off in the first reports and it woke him up and he saw the guy so I’m sure he was groggy and that’s when he mistook the intruders identity for his nephew. We have no clue what Em is up to and who is present in his life. It may not make sense to us but that’s just how it is. We just need more details! No one said he thought it was his nephew AFTER he saw him either. We don’t know the order of Em’s thoughts and what happened We will find out if Em has to talk in court.

We will find out if Em has to talk in court. Do you think he will? At first I didn't think so but since yesterday I do. The moment the cop made the statement that Em told him Matthew wanted to kill him pushed the whole thing forward. Having a Cop say I was told.. is one thing but having the victim say it himself another.

Having a Cop say I was told.. is one thing but having the victim say it himself another. Yes American criminal courts do not allow hearsay (3rd person account) to be entered as evidence so if this goes to trial Em will have to testify. However I am betting Em will prefer the defendant gets a plea bargain of some kind. The victim usually gets a say in that situation. If they can not get a plea arrangement then every witness (including the caller) will have to testify as to what they saw and heard. I bet Em does not want that especially if the caller is a gf. God help her if her name gets out.

They are changing the narrative too much and I don’t like it cause I don’t know what to believe anymore. Em has to speak up not a third party. 👏🏻👏🏻👌 And I agree, no more arguing. stefanie. Don’t quote me ever again please.💪 Let’s try to have harmony in this forum. Peace.

Yup. I would bet a dollar to a donut that this case will get pleaded out before there will be any trial.

Wasn’t Eminem supposed to declare in court today?? what? what does that mean? Judge Femminineo Jr. found there is probable cause to move forward with a trial and scheduled a September 28 arraignment in Macomb County Circuit Court. The Sun has reached out to Eminem's rep for comment.

Wasn’t Eminem supposed to declare in court today?? No, there was a court date for Matthew Hughes but no info if Eminem was supposed to appear. There were articles that said Eminem likely will have to testify but without a certain date.
