Hi guys, I don't know if some of you are aware but Kim has another nephew (Patrick I believe/I may be wrong in regards to his name) (I guess he didn't realize the guy had used a brick to break into his house and most likely saw his silhouette in the living room and assumed it was his nephew, as he would most likely have access to his house) I know that Nathan's sons are super young and Adam is in a wheelchair so I'm assuming he was most likely referring to Kim's other nephew who is related to Alaina/Adam but in his early 20's. . . . . .odd he considers Kim's niece and nephew's as his own considering they divorced 14 years ago - ha! I simply wanted to share the fact that Kim has another nephew and while she didn't raise him, based on her 2006/07 interview she certainly had him at one point or another (maybe to visit/spend time with his cousins) which would imply he obviously spent time with him as well + it's odd that he and Kim divorced 14 years ago and he still refers to him as his nephew. . . I would assume Patrick has access to his house + somewhat resembles Mathew (based on the pic I shared) which is why he most likely at 1st glance assumed it was him and I doubt it crossed his mind that someone had broken-into his house being that he has security and lives in a gated community. . . |

I wouldnt say its unusual to watch your brothers kid even during lockdown. It wasnt quaratine as that refers to people staying home cause they tested positive or were in contact with someone tested positive. Hailie got her own place, no need to stay with her dad. Only cause Ash and Hailie didnt see each other doesnt mean Em didnt watch his nephew for whatever reason. I would find it more unusual if he had a distanced relative like Patrick there. |

Totally agree with you olliec Em was talking about Patrick. The intruder looks tall and has a beard and Patrick has beard too. Probably Patrick is tall so Em got confused initially and thought it was him. Mathew is 7 or 8, he is a little boy and he is not as tall as the intruder, plus he wouldn’t be up at 4: am either. 😄🌹 |

maybe we will find out if this goes to trial. I would think that everyone in the house at the time would testify...Em, his nephew, his bodyguard, and the most important person we all want to know - the WOMAN in his house that night.
I could see Em not wanting to press charges or go through with the trial in an effort to keep his private life private. He knows there are people like us who want to know who he is with/dating/married to right now. I hope he doesn't because this guy needs to be locked up, either jail or psych ward. If he told Em he was there to kill him, we could tragically end up with a John Lennon situation and we would all be devastated.

Interesting. So like I thought from the beginning there were family members present during the break in and that explained why he got some of the 911 call erased. I'm sure we will get more details as the case goes on.

Probably Patrick is tall so Em got confused initially and thought it was him. Mathew is 7 or 8, he is a little boy and he is not as tall as the intruder, plus he wouldn’t be up at 4: am either. 😄🌹 The court footage said Eminem woke up to the person standing behind him. When someone is behind you while you just wake up, you don't see the person but just feel the presence, so the size or a beard doesn't matter. Matthew? That's the intruders name and not the name of one of Eminem's nephew. Guess a little mix up by you. |

The officier was asked about the 3 people at the scene and it was Matthew Hughes, a Security whose name they didn't mention and Marshall Mathers. No woman was mentioned wich points towards her being a neighbour calling and not being on the scene. They also didn't say any more about the supposed nephew wich make sense if it was a kid and sleeping. |
