^^^He didn't know Em had sold it. This guy is a problem. I think the new owner that bought it from Em is trying to sell it too. Doesn't even look lived in and terrible staging for a 5+ mil estate. I think EM sold it for around 1.4 mil two years ago and took a lose from the original price he paid; good for his taxes. Seller's obviously a flipper, and what's with the mini 'copter...LOL! Nothing was updated except maybe the tacky wallpaper in the guest house was taken down, but the formica countertops are still there. And what about all those bedroom wall treatments. Tacky; and those super ugly window treatments...Ouch! Seller must be smoking crack!

The sterling heights home was the first one he bought, where everyone kept ringing the doorbell or hanging out in his backyard. Clinton township is where he moved when he sold the sterling heights home, and he still lives there. ...or at least he did until april 6th... |

So what city is he living in now? Clinton township, macomb county. He lived apparently in the mansion during his second divorce, he intended to give the clinton twp house to Kim and the kids, but she didn’t want it and said in an interview in 2007 that he lives in clinton again, so the mansion was more of a party house. I read that he borrowed it to his girls’ school for events and stuff. (Wish my school events would’ve ever been at a fancy place like that, lol) |

Purple had to be someone’s favorite color. I know when I was a kid my mom agreed to put purple carpet and walls in my room because I like purple 😂

Found some pics from Em’s old sterling heights house, if anyone’s interested! 😊     I don’t know if these pics are from when Em lived there or after, but I know the guy that bought it from Em said the first thing they did was rip out all the purple carpeting Em and Kim put in, and in the bedroom pic there is indeed purple carpeting 😂 This is gorgeous! |

I know when I was a kid my mom agreed to put purple carpet and walls in my room because I like purple 😂 I know I’ve read that purple used to be Hailie’s favorite color as a kid and somehow I thought maybe the new owners meant her room 😂 but maybe it is Kim’s favorite color too and Em didn’t have a say 😂 cuz that looks like a master bedroom and not a kid’s room 🙊 |
