That's a big gamble she is taking. she is more likely to get some jail time with a trial. If it is a jury trial, jurors don't like irresponsible drunk drivers, especially when it is intentional. |

I'm wondering, again, who dresses like that to court? I would think she would dress a little more "professional" I guess is the word. I mean even Em wore a suit when he had to appear in court, even when it was divorce court. You would think her attorney would advise her to dress in something other than her lounging around clothes.

Obviously I don't know a thing and hate to accuse her of manipulation, but if she looks like hell, the court might be more sympathetic of and willing to believe the reason she gave for crashing her car. OR, she may really feel so horrible and depressed that she doesn't give a damn about how she looks. She looked completely different when she's shown up to court in the past. Hope things start looking brighter to her soon. Can't be easy to suffer the death of your twin sister. |

When you're under stress, stop drinking and drugging (??), and start anticipating that you might be spending time in the slammer, you lose weight. I think Kim is trying to clean up her act. Personally, with all EMs connections I don't think Kim will get jail time. Court may make her do community service or put a breathalyzer in her car or temporarily suspend her driving, but I'd be shocked if she's put in jail. She definitely would make a great candidate for "Orange is the New Black..."
