Half you people honestly disgust me. The judge straight up said diluted tests can be accidental, and confirmed her story -- that she voluntarily did additional tests by switching to Soberlink to back up that she's clean And you're still bitching about "chances" How many did Em have? He could have easily been in jail for his addiction, he went for just as long but his people could cover it up. Addiction is a disease, relapse is the rule rather than the exception. You're all hopelessly naive of you think he hasn't relapsed since he got clean Seriously -- the woman did exactly what she said, she voluntarily did other tests to show she didn't dilute the tests herself, but you're still clinging to the idea she's guilty And no one has mentioned -- who leaked her diluted test results to the press? Half of you love to go on about how she's "talking about media pressure, but no one cares about her like they did when Em was huge." Oh? Then why have there TWICE been leaks to the press about her case? And why have they been covered by news outlets as if they're major news? It might not been Associated Press and CNN like back on the day, but imagine your home town news showing up at your house with cameras to question if you lied about probation? People were all ready to grill her as a selfish drunk about the crash, until she pointed out that she chose an abandoned road for a suicide attempt Think about it. You're literally here talking about whether it's true she was abused as a child, about if she's the "dumbest blonde on earth" for faking tests, and how she needs to get her act together. Just because this isn't as extreme as bavk in the day doesn't mean it's not still painful. You think Em and his camp aren't aware of this? You think Shady Camp got shut down as an accident? Seriously. The utter lack of compassion for adducts pisses me off. It's a serious disease and everyone relapses. She's clearly trying to get clean, and she's done it before. People love to pretend they're all balanced and fair about Kim, but this shows exactly how bullshit half of you are Also -- again, the idea that addicts should be arrested rather than helped is one of the biggest problems in our society. I'm all for taking the woman's license until she's proven clean -- you don't get to operate a vehicle that can cause serious harm if you have shown yourself likely to cause harm to others. brianna what's the irony? Who on this board did not acknowledge that addiction is a disease, that she needs help, she should go to therapy instead of jail?!!! I don't get where you get all that disgust from... Some people said she might have to go to jail now because she has some privileges that is a curse for her, but WITH therapy. A friend of mine has this disease and did at least a dozen of therapies everytime he would get in trouble. Well he is still and addict and a grown ass man with kids now. He did finally end up in jail. The therapies never helped, it was just a way for him to not do jail time (with his dad's contact) and that's like that for a lot of persons unfortunately.... And Kim like said before has a DUI! She is a recidivist!! It's not just an addiction problem. So if we are disgusting for that, than so are the reporters, saying that five (or SIX) times is shady as hell, and the whole community that was reported to be mad at the fact she still might get away with this! Abandoned road?? I see maintained pretty houses there but I guess I'm not from Michigan so I can't tell.... plus all these people helping her and filming, I guess they were just chilling in that abandoned spot. I personnally have my doubts about the "suicide attempt" but let's not get into this anyway no one has proofs of anything, that's just my impression. Do you know them personnally? What impressions or infos makes you think Eminem relapsed? I thought he was doing well but it could happen...

Kim mentioned in a radio interview which I believe was on "Mojo in the Morning" that it was a suicide attempt. That's why she was sequestered at a local hospital on suicide watch. And, the area in which her accident happened is surrounded by homes and people. It wasn't on a deserted off-the-beaten path road. It was a densely populated neighborhood. Luckily, and by a stroke of God, no one was hurt!

We truly aren't that important! To them, that is. We, meaning our Admin, myself and I believe, cally tried to no avail to hunt The Shady Camp Admin down. We thought there was a mistake at first, but no such luck...She pulled the plug! Somewhere on this Board is a Thread where we talk about the demise of The Shady Camp. |

She does look better. Her hair is clean and styled and she has on professional court appropriate clothes. Glad she is still in counselling and that it will continue.

I didn't know people could dilute their drug tests, learn something new everyday! I don't know that I believe that Em and his team are able to pull some strings to help her get preferential treatment. It doesn't look like Em has any political connections in his town but I could be wrong. I don't get why people are pissed that she is still on probation. If she is getting tested daily now they will obviously be able to see if she remains sober or not. If she doesn't, this is just delaying the inevitable. What matters is that she stays sober, not what pushed her to get there. I do hope she is getting help and is getting better. brianna Kim has always been a polarizing topic among fans. I do feel people are less forgiving with her and tend to judge her more harshly than Em for the same type of mistakes but I guess it's just human nature to side with /defend people you idolize. It's okay to all have different opinions, it would get pretty boring if everyone agreed on everything. stefanie, Em never got caught but he could have easily caused an accident while under the influence. He was just as irresponsible. I guess he was "lucky" that prescription drugs don't have the same stigma as alcohol and cocaine. Let's just hope she can stay sober and off the news. I really feel for their kids. When you think about all the stress and drama they have gone through because of both parents and probably other family members, it's almost a miracle they have turned out as well as they have. |

They said she got tested 197 times and they all came back negative, I'm willing to believe that it was all a misunderstanding. Time will tell. |

Exactly -- she voluntarily put in for additional tests, all came bavk negative, and she's requested to be on Soberlink just to avoid this I love to watch people jump here -- I didn't post before when people were SO SURE she was gonna get whacked in court. Then, when a judge rules that he's impressed wit how she went above and beyond we have people here insisting that the judge was somehow bought off. Like, lol. The woman's personal court shit has been leaked to the press multiple times, she's been ruled innocent of meddling by a judge, and we still have people here salivating over the idea that she's some pampered immature party bitch. Again. Bear in mind -- she wasn't arrested in a drunk driving accident in a car with a bunch of gals after a coke and hookers party. She was found crashed ALONE in her car, having drunk a giant bottle of liquor, and we have the audio of her immediately admitting to what she disc AND medical records proving she told them she was trying to kill herself This wasn't her wanting to be high and party. This was someone turning back to drugs after personal hardship, much of which we don't know. We know about her dad bring sick and her son with autism because she says it-- but she also said you lose friend, so a friend of hers might have died Also. She was going to court regardless of any news media presence, and yet there was leaking if her info to the press. That's why she went on Mojo, only after people were again bringing her up. She didn't try to make a public bid for sympathy, we haven't heard boo from the woman for nearly a decade until this. Honestly. |

Not gonna lie, it did look fishy to have back to back diluted tests and because of her history it's only natural to assume the worst. I don't know enough about drug testing to know how often this happens but after watching that video I'm quite impressed myself that she asked to be tested more frequently and that she has passed all the tests. It doesn't look like she tried to hide something if she is willing to go to this length to clear her name. Can't really blame the press for doing their job. I don't think her case should have been sealed to begin with, that's what started the outrage. In the legal system, people are supposed to be treated the same, regardless of their situation. It doesn't surprise me that somebody working in the court system would get pissed off enough to leak her info. I don't know if people want to see her fail or enjoy watching her demise per se. I think it's more so that people here are protective of Em and feel like she is negatively affecting his life. Again, because of her history it's only normal to expect the worst. Let's hope she proves everyone wrong! |
