oh ok then! I have a friend´s birthday party this Friday but I guess I can cancel to go to visit a beautiful country, do your make up and maybe you can find some info I don´t know about our guy like....how many times he goes to the bathroom, that would be such an important info to know :t2 Awesome! See you soon then! And I said I'd give you info about Em... never said anything about not being known... :ce :ce So if you do my nails I could tell you that e.g. Marshall was born in St Joseph, MO He was born in 72... but ok, I'm curious about the bathroom visits too, of course! Are we talking number 1 or 2? Omg, I can't believe I just wrote that :ce Number 1 would have to be like 3 times... an hour! LOL Hahahaha well I was refering to any number...maybe I can do your nails and then we go stalk him so we both know the number of visits to the bathroom and maybe we can get to know wich number is each visit :ce

I was googling USA nails tho, and found some really cute ones! Knowing myself I'd probably go for the more discreet ones tho. I really like these ones and these are surprisingly easy to do! I do have the little stars in the first picture!! If I don´t get there in time because the flight is late or something here are a few tips: for the first design: paint your some of your nails blue and others white, glue the stars to the blue nails(you can buy them in a beauty store or on line or in a accesories store), then paint red stripes in your white nails (you can use a nail art nail polish that comes with a little brush so it paints that way....or you can use an eyeliner brush and dip it into the red nail polish, wash it well later). For the second design: paint some of your nails blue and other ones red, choose one nail and paint it completely with blue glittery nail polish (you may need like 3 coats) or you can paint it blue and then dip the whole nail in lose glitter of any kind, and then (these is the patience part) use a toothpick to glue the white/silver glitter forming a star..the other nail you use the same tecnique as the blue glittery nail but in white and then use some scotch tape (after is fully, completely dry), to mark stripes that you will paint with red glitter. For the third design: use the same tecnic from the first design to do the stripes (or you can also use the scotch tape tecnique), then use the tape (or your pulse) to do blue stripes as a french tip manicure, and then you can glue some stars on them (the ones in the picture are made with a stencil, you can do that or do your own stencil in case you have a lot of free time)..or you know, go the easy way and maek some white little dots in the blue tips with a toothpick that will look like little stars.. Of course you can also go by the easy way and just paint one nail blue, the other red and other white and so, or paint your nails with any of those colors and then do a double french tip with the other color from the flag (I mean do a french tip like in blue and when it´s dry place the scotch tape in the middle of it and paint the tip white)... I hope you consider these tips somehow and make me the first to know any new information about our birthday boy

It always sounds so easy but then when I'm supposed to do it, it just fails, lol! Or I guess it's the left hand that fails to do its work, lol! My right can paint ok, but then my left is horrible. I really wish someone who's good at this kind of stuff would do it. Maybe my mom can help, but she just complains how bad she is all the time while helping, even tho I think it looks good. I guess I could do my nails on Thursday already and be all USA-y on Friday in school, lol! Then I have time to wash it off and redo it a hundred times and I don't have to quickly leave for the party So thanx! For this you get a piece of information: Em wears shoe size 10 or 10.5. (I don't think he's made up his mind about that, since he says different shoe sizes on different occasions. Unless he lost so much weight he lost half a shoe size. Or if his feet shrink in the cold during the winter? )

Today in the classroom I heard a girl sit there and brag to the other girls that Eminem can say 100 words in 16 seconds! I felt so proud! She's in my dance class! Then later I told her that I heard she talked about Eminem, and did she know it's his birthday today. She gave me a very weird look. Not sure how to interpret that... Then she started bragging to me, asking if I knew he can say 100 words in just 16 seconds! I thought "yeah, tell me something I don't know about him" but I just said "yeah I know, he's awesome". Then she went on about The Monster until she just walked aways talking to herself about Eminem and the Monster, lol! I don't think she noticed that she walked away from me!

I have the same with my left hand PS: I already knew he's size 10/10.5 haha so you'd have to try a little harder Ok let's try again: Eminem has 21.6 - 28.6 trillion red blood cells in his body, and 17.5 - 52.5 billion white blood cells! ...hopefully... How's that for literally INSIDE information?

I wanted to vent about what happened to me today. So I am asked to go to our district meeting they have each quarter. Two days before the meeting one of the leadership members asked me and my co-worker (we both have the same title she is just based in the upper district me in the lower) could we talk about a certain topic. I am like sure I was going to touch on it anyways, I can just go more in depth. So I throw together a power point, no help except a it looks OK from my coworker which honestly is fine, I am really trying to not rely on others and stand on my own knowledge and expertise. So..I think I have mentioned here that I have terrible social anxiety, and I work from home. I literally only go out of my house for work if I have a meeting somewhere. One thing I try to do though, so I won't use my anxiety as a crutch, I will actually volunteer to speak in front of a group of people to try and ease my anxieties a bit. I have been doing this since I was promoted about three years ago, and probably speak out 3-4 times a year. Not a lot but to me it is a big deal. Back on topic now, I am actually not as nervous this time having to speak, I get a bit nervous when I am about to go up but based on how I usually feel I am thinking "Yes girl you got this" I go up, I have notes so I won't be reading the slides I am so ready. The first slide this heifer (who was actually on the committee that hired me when I first stepped into the agency, I am now two positions above her :ce ) just started " how do you expect us to do that...how are we suppose to know who cases are coming up for renewal" :A4 and that was it..I was thrown off course and couldn't remember what I was suppose to be doing. I just started reading from the slides and totally lost track of where I was in the notes. I was so upset with myself. I feel that my speaking at these meetings is proving to these supervisors that I do actually know the program (my specialty is Adult Medicaid, I now mostly speak about Family Medicaid) and now they will doubt that I know what I am talking about. Ok vent over....I have three months to get back in the saddle before the next meeting.

Ok vent over....I have three months to get back in the saddle before the next meeting. Aww, girl, I'm so sorry! I know how you feel! I don't have social anxiety, but I'm a horrible public speaker and tend to get very nervous when I'm supposed to give a presentation. It's weird, because in school now with these kids I'm fine, I can have a class with them, but as soon as it's stepping up to peers or people on the same knowledge level I get so nervous. I actually did the same with my master's thesis presentation. I had one "practice" presentation for my own lab, and I don't know if you've heard, but I'm like scared to death of that boss, he could like ask my name and I probably wouldn't know the right answer, lol. He's a guy that gets many people nervous and he asks questions as if it was the most obvious thing in the world and then makes you feel super stupid when you don't know the answer. I know he's made lots of lab members cry. When I felt like crying my supervisor consoled me saying they all had been through it, lol. So you can imagine how nervous I was before my master's presentation. And this presentation was in english, which is fine, but it's always a bit different when it's not in your won language. But it went very well, and I got lots of great feedback, and I could answer their questions and I felt great. Ok, so that went well with my boss, now the public one, where basically the entire cell biology department and the biochemistry department got invited, but it's in swedish (my mother tongue) and I survived my boss, so what could go wrong? Well, I made it past my second slide and my third slide was just a picture with the important signal pathways in the cell that are involved with cancer. I stare at my pathways and I have a total blackout. I have NO IDEA what I'm supposed to say. My pathways look like this (quick example) PI3K - > AKT and I'm supposed to fill in that PI3K gets phosphorylated, which activates it, and when it's activated, it phosphorylates AKT, which in turn gets activated, etc etc... I look into the audience and everyone's looking at me, and I felt like sinking through the floor. My official master's thesis presentation!! Luckily I had written down all the pathways so I ended up reading straight from my paper, but man, I could've killed myself. Then I'm supposed to continue with the whole presentation after fucking up in the beginning. It's so frustrating, because all your self-esteem is gone, your good feeling is gone. It's over a year now, actually it's a year and 2 days today... and I'm still mad as hell! So sorry, I trailed off a bit, but I know how you feel! And it's so frustrating! But I guess it's just to move on and try to forget. And hopefully they'll understand and don't think you don't know anything. I mean I had worked with those pathways for 3 summers and then one entire year before this presentation, I hope people know I knew them better than that, lol.
