I've noticed that Em's Team hasn't promoted this through the usual channels, so it might just be a Bass Brothers idea.

Yes, the Bass Brothers won that case and it set precedent. Em probably got a ton of money out of that victory too.

The song has gotten as high as number 10 on US Itunes. So the song is a hit 20 years later. They should probably remaster and release the entire album.

Em looks hot in that part with the post it on the wall and I finally get to see some videos of some old pictures like the one with the Bass brothers in the studio with Em

I wonder if they had to get Em's permission for this. There is no promo on Em's end and none of the articles make reference to how--or if--he was involved in the project. But I like the remix too. Wayyyy better than the original. It's now an enjoyable listen.
