Bob Dylan won the Nobel prize for literature. I know this has nothing to do with Em, but hear me out. Em has been compared to him many, many times so I wonder if this now makes him eligible for the prize? Wouldn't that be cool? I'm sure he will never win because he is too politically incorrect, but it would still be cool if he did. Maybe a Pulitzer?

I was thinking the same thing. It would be cool, especially given how many people have been inspired by Em's songs.

I think it's awesome for Dylan as he truly is a poet. Not saying EM ain't, but he's not even close to being nominated for the "Rock "n" Roll Hall of Fame." Maybe when EMs 75 years old he'll be filling Bob Dylan's shoes. Right now, one of the only things they have in common, other than being poets for their generations, is their height. Bob's 5'7." And, in all honesty...EMs probably the same. Rock on, Bob!
