Shady took the depriving marketing way too far,, id love if they were nicer to us  , He's the only artist I listen to on daily basis, and honestly my life is sadder (especially that I'm going through some shit in life). I really love Kill For You & Infinite remaster so much, on repeat since their drop,,,,,, but the 8 minutes track which was supposed to hold us while waiting is unlistenable more than 10 times, the lyrical miracle shit is cool after album full of material, it's poor choice and I even enjoy it. Really disappointed by Em, but again he doesn't owe us nothing... and I think it's Paul idea to keep him away from fans Yeah it gets a little old TBH. I wonder if Em gets sick of hiding too sometimes |

I think the whole "I don't know how to use a computer" thing is super exaggerated. IMO he's one of the many middle aged men who doesn't see the point of social media, but the internet in and of itself is a way of life now and anyone with a smart phone has it. He probably grumbles about snapchat and thinks tinder is stupid but I'm sure he goes online to check YouTube like everyone else.

I don't want to get into the whole thing again but when other successful rappers are saying you have to get through Paul to get to Em it really highlights that the gatekeeper sort of role Paul plays is unprecedented. One thing I've noticed...artists outside his immediate crew including Kendrick Lamar will always talk about "when they got the call that Em was interested", never that they reached out to him and spoke about it. Someone, I forget who, said very recently that if Em wants to work with you his team will call you, but it's just known you don't call them. Back and forth between publicists is normal but not to this extent. |

I was actually noticing some streaks in it. It's not quite as dark as I would've though. Em and I have the same hair and coloring, Lol. Jacket is huge on him though. And I swear he posts pics like this just to frustrate me, Lol. I was dying for a new Em pic... Which we got... I guess... Sort of... If you don't mind a pic of him where only a tiny fraction of the back of his head and tips of his fingers are showing. Arghhh yeah i saw streaks too but i thought i was going crazy...what colors are you seeing? I also noticed a bruise on his thumb...im so Em deprived that i analyzed this pic way too much hahahaha I do really like his hair long though. I hope he doesnt cut it just because thats "eminem" style. I hope this album cycle he leaves it long damn it. i always liked his hair in mockingbird haha  Well, if you look closely, you can see a red string hanging from his apparently newest favorite article of clothing--the read Kangol, Lol. Perhaps he's worn it out since Lolla earlier this year. As far as his hair goes, looks like there are a few natural blondish highlights--or maybe a couple of grey hairs thrown in, haha. Who knows. My hair is the same color and naturally curly like his--and I've got the same little blondish highlights (and greys, alas). His mom said he was born with blonde tufts of hair, so I'm sure he's got a few natural highlights. His thumbnail does look a bit dark, but that could be a weird lighting effect. And it looks like he's maybe wearing knit pants that are fancier than sweatpants? But again a bit on the saggy/baggy side though. And yeah, we're Em-deprived for sure, LMAO. So I think its just easier to have his team handle things...like for instance remember when he called shade45 to talk to tech n9ne about their collaboration and Tech asked if Em wanted to do a video and Em was like "awww sureeeee...but we have to ask my "dad" Paul." lol-i just dont think he wanted to do it so he put the blame on Paul. But I also think, like you said, that his team takes it way too far. Like I honestly don't think Em could function without his team and I personally don't think thats healthy. Especially for a 44 year old man. Didn't a fan say Em asked Paul for permission to take a picture with them? Even if it had to do with their whole "hide Em until we are ready to advertise" strategy-Em should know if its okay to take a picture or not...thats just fucking weird. Sometimes it reminds me of a 15 year old kid...like "let me ask dad if I can hang out with you...." Or "let me get out of going to your house by blaming my dad...." I also wonder how much they just dont tell Em...like maybe someone reached out to his team to collab and Em never found out because Paul didnt think it was good fit..but maybe Em would have wanted to you know? He just never knew about it. idk I have a lot of theories about their dynamic but my posts are already too long tonight lol. Sometimes I think Paul doesnt seem like a great manager because maybe what he is dealing with (i.e. Em) is a lot more complicated than we know. Maybe he can only do so much and knows how Em operates. I mean like you said-Paul had a great influence signing Kendrick and 50...he isn't an idiot. Also he helped Em get to the top/peak so i do think he knows what he is doing to an extent but we dont know what goes on behind the scenes with him and Em. doesnt mean i think he is healthy of Em though...I think he likes Em is his little bubble. Easier to keep tabs on him. |
