I was looking at different sites in addition to old Shady related forums - like ONTD - and saw a few comments saying Paul and his cousin (?) Stuart control a lot of Em's life - specifically who can and can't gain access to him. They hide bad reviews/pieces that they feel may hurt his feelings, don't usually include him in conference calls, and just generally act as a buffer. I also heard Paul cut off a lot of people while Em was gone those few years, like Marni, and kept him somewhat isolated.
Is all of that true?

I am no expert by any means..my take is Paul is to Em what The Colonel was the Elvis not to that extreme though. Meaning I think Paul does buffer a lot from Em and keep people away from Em but..it is because Em wants him to. Em deals with what he wants to deal with and if he doesn't want to deal Paul plays the bad guy.

Em deals with what he wants to deal with and if he doesn't want to deal Paul plays the bad guy. As much as I have fun with the #BlamePaul I actually think this is it. Paul is his manager and has to do everything Em asks him for, maybe Paul is a strong influence in many/lot of Em`s decisions but I mainly think everything is like it is because Em says so. |

This is the first time I'm hearing about Paul's cousin working for Em. What kind of work does this supposed cousin do for Em ?

I don't know, but I hate Paul right now. I'm tired of him ignoring all the fans on Twitter and Instagram. Terrible public relations. Fans are begging for any piece of news, a sign that Eminem is even alive, and Paul completely ignores it all.

I agree..although I do believe that Paul does what Em wants...there is also a point they need to realize Paul is the manager and had a better understanding of PR etc. Well I assume he has a better understanding of PR LOL I don't see what the issue would be releasing a picture or heck even a small video via Royce or Mr. Porter of Em in the studio nothing to personal. Even if Em does not use Social Media he has people around him that do, they can release a little something every now and then  |

This is almost 6 years old so I don't know how much credence one shoudl pay to Jamieaqua or this site. Yeah, it's old but it caught my attention when I was going through old Em posts on that site because of how tight of a ship Paul runs things and, at times, how truthful some of the things the users on that site are with their info.
I just wanted to bring it here and find out if anyone knew anything.
