I can't believe this guy is still trying to milk his time with Em. He worked for him for like 6 months over 15 years ago, and he is still trying sell himself off Em's name. Seriously, it was 15 years ago. What a loser. Em needs to hurry up and release some new music. Look what we have been lowered to talk about.

If Team Shady or EM would throw us a bone the net wouldn't have to dredge up all this old BS. Yawn!

I listened to the whole interview. It was painful but curiosity got the best of me.
He keeps talking about a movie being in the works with top LA producers. He thinks that the movie would surpass Straight Out of Compton in terms of sales. He is trying to pitch it as the sequel, the next chapter in Dre's life. Straight out of Compton was a huge commercial success so I wouldn't be surprised if he did manage to get some meetings because of it. What he fails to realize is that SOC was heavily promoted by Ice Cube and Dre.
He also mentioned that he copyrighted this part of Em's life (is that even a thing?) that anyone who tries to tell the story has to go through him. He said that 8 mile was supposed to be based on his book but I find that hard to believe. Completely random but apparently Danny DeVito was also trying to produce the movie.
The funniest part of the interview was when he said "but you know I have moved on". I can't imagine what it feels like to know that there is a parasite somewhere trying to tell your story when they barely even know you.

It was worse than I thought. So THANK YOU for that. Is this guy serious? How do you copyright someone's life? So if Em decided to do an 8 Mile Part II, this guy really thinks Em would have to pay him? And there is no way anyone in Hollywood took this loser seriously. 15 years. It's been 15 years that this loser work for Em - for what? 6 months? It's really kinda sad and pathetic. It's like that 40 year old guy that is still reliving his glory days of high school football.

This is that bodyguard that worked for Em when he first came out for like 6 months and then wrote a tell all book about him - Byron Something or other. He is now back saying that he has copyrighted Em's life and will be making a movie about him. Really, it just something for us to talk about because Em hasn't dropped any music, or anything, for us to talk about. We are left with old bodyguard and their pathetic life....

Thank you for summarizing it so the rest of us didn't have to torture ourselves. But LMAO about him "copyrighting" that time period of Em's life. Hahahaha. Like he "owns the rights" to Em's past? I don't know how much more ridiculous one could be. And he's freaking delusional that 8 Mile was supposed to be based off his book. Dude is certainly grandiose. The ideas for 8 Mile came directly from Eminem (and Proof) reminiscing on their pasts while talking to the movie's writer. Byron's credibility has certainly been lowered IMO. I'm now less likely to believe what he wrote in his book.

If anyone wants to check it out, it’s around the 40 min mark: www.ugs4life.com/episode-284-author-and-former-eminem-body-guard-big-naz/Lol I like the high school jock analogy. The truth is his affiliation with Eminem is his only chance to make a lot of money so he is milking it for all it's worth.

The truth is his affiliation with Eminem is his only chance to make a lot of money so he is milking it for all it's worth. What a narcissist! No, he's just delusional. And sad, just really, really sad. He needs to get himself a J-O-B. A real J-O-B. I'm sitting her listening to the part that nelly pointed us to because I can't stomach the whole hour+. I am scracking up. This is too much. some highlights: "I'm waitin' on the ink to be signed. This is the closest I've ever been". (talking about his Eminem script) "I've had Danny Davito come to me, Ron Howard. You know 8 Mile was supposed to be about "Shady Bizness" (his stupid book) they called me first. A lot of people don't know that. I was willing to move forward but Eminem camp shut it down." "Here's the thing. That story, that part of his life cannot be told without my permission. why? because I copy writ' (sic) it. I won that. I own it." ed: Is this guy serious? How do you copy write someone's life? He is delusional. This is hilarious. "He can tell any other part of his life, but let me tell you something - when you look at any other artist, what do they always do, where do they go..... They go to the beginning. I was the beginning. You can't tell the end without the beginning, baby" ed: - um, what? Is Em at the end of his career? what is he talking about telling the end without the beginning? "you gotta come to daddy. You gotta come to daddy. I'm daddy." ed: WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?! This guy is seriously delusional. "I'm humble enough to sit down...and I've tried with them several times, I've buried the hatchet..let's move forward...I don't have no ill feelings...I went to Proof's funeral...I've extended the olive branch more than 3 times but you get to the point when you have to step back, man. You have to step back...I gotta lotta respect for them, man cuz they know how to make money, but I'm a business man too" ed: Yeah, I bet he's try to get back in their good graces so he can leech off them. If he's such a great business man, how come he can't make money a legit way? But at least he's humble. That's the jist of that part. He claims that this script is going to be sold and this is the closest he has ever been and this is "going to happen". DADDY GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN.
This is entertaining, if nothing else.
