7. Back in 2008, Em sued her to forbid her to talk negatively about him and she agreed. In other words, for legal reasons she can’t talk badly about him in public.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've read about this there seems to be some debate about the actual agreement that was made and whether it still applies, because it was also said that Em wasn't allowed to mention her in songs anymore and it seems like he has still been doing that.
Technically speaking none of the screenshots I have seen actually show her talking badly about him. Mentioning that she is single or that she doesn't want to see pinterest stuff about her ex wouldn't necessarily count as talking badly about him in public, would it? Especially on a social media account that is set to private.
Again... I'm not trying to sell the idea that the screenshots are real, I'm just saying there are other ways of looking at some of the things you mentioned.

I think Em gets away with everything cause he no longer mentions her name like before.
The only song he mentioned her by name was Bad husband.
But you can tell when he is referring to her in songs like (good guy)you know which song is about her cause they remind you of love the way you lie, love you more and crazy inlove.
This is why I’m not too convinced that gun blazing is for someone else because the story of the song sounds repeated like his story with Eric/Kim/Whitney, but you are free to disagree.
And well, my friends and I made some investigations and these Instagram accounts know nothing.
They spread rumors according to the photos they see and that screenshot looks very fake to me. Again, the real Kim is not going to follow random accounts from Europe specially Eminem’s fans and will tell everyone she and Em are in bad terms!😄😄😄😂😂
And I know you don’t believe in daily Mail but half of their news are real. They exaggerate, but there’s always some truth behind their gossips.
I don’t think Em pays the media to not talk about his private life, I believe that daily Mail or the sun keeps taps on his family, but if they knew these fake accounts are accurate, they would make headlines about it.
“Eminem’s ex shades him on Facebook.” ( that would generate lots of clicks, because the general public wonder what happened to Kim? She is Eminem’s ex.)
The fact that those fake accounts never make daily Mail, tmz and the sun is because they fail when they audit the veracity of those accounts and daily Mail doesn’t want get sued by Eminem or Kim you know....
In other words, they are not legit!
And if Kim wanted to expose Em, she would do what she did back in 2007, she could set interviews with Opra, CNN or Ellen. She would never talk about him on Facebook. That’s how I see it. 😄

I don't wanna expose her real Facebook account, but it's easy to find it. But I do know it's hers because like I said before she has Alaina and Adam in her friends list, and it's only friends and family. The reason I don't know if the screenshots are real or not it's because most of her Facebook posts are private, you can only see a few posts, the other posts only people who are her friends can see it.

I think we are talking about different screenshots, because in the ones I saw she was never talking badly about him and didn't try to expose anything. I didn't mean to imply that she was knowingly following fans on social media but I could totally see someone she is FB friends with but not actually really close with (cause let's get real, we all have those FB 'friends') screenshotting some stuff and spreading it or maybe someone set up a fake account and somehow managed to get accepted. Happens all the time. I don't wanna bore anyone with another Henry Cavill story but his fans somehow manage to monitor the private social media accounts of several of his siblings and constantly leak pictures even though that whole family is super careful and private as well. Doesn't take a hacker, just a well planned out fake profile apparently.
I gotta disagree vehemently with the trashy magazine argument. The Sun and the DM don't "audit the veracity" of anything. They use unpaid interns as fact checkers (sadly not kidding). Their research is a complete joke and a lot of the stuff they publish is paid for by PR agencies. The only time they are careful with fact checking is when it comes to serious accusations like the Armie Hammer drama a while ago. I really don't wanna be a stickler for the whole 'correlation doesn't equal causation'-principle on a gossip board but the argument that something cannot be legit unless it was reported in a trashy magazine doesn't really make a lot of sense to me.

Makes sense. I think I misread her comment. When she said "This is Kim by the way i cant get a Facebook account unless I change my name and pretend to be someone else!!!" I figured that she always used her mothers name and it might be her account, but I guess she just left the one comment then.

There are fake Kathy Sluck accounts, fake Nate accounts. Fake Alaina’s facebooks. So just because she follows those accounts that probably are fake as well that doesn’t mean nothing.
Now if the real Hailie or Whitney with verified accounts follow her, then here things change and are different. But all these account look and feel so fake.🤣
