I think exercise is a way of life. If you want to feel & look good, relieve stress, increase your energy and eat (I live to eat, I don't eat to live!) then exercise is imperative. I am not a fanatic, but I do work out 5 days a week. Monday & Friday I do Boot Camp; Tuesday it's Pilates, Wednesday, if my work schedule allows, I play golf (I'm on a women's league) and Saturday I do a workout with a private trainer. You probably think I am a fanatic, but I'm not. Seven years ago I started to lose my upper body strength and I gained some weight so I may a pledge to myself to take care of myself better and I have never looked back. Not only do I feel healthy and my skin is glowing, but I get compliments on my figure. It's worth every grunt and now I can lift things without worrying about throwing our my lower back. My upper body strength is back with a vengeance! i definitely agree that exercising is the best but my thought process is more based on the morality of it when it comes to food. matty , when you say..."the morality of it when it comes to food" I have to ask...What do you mean? What harm can come to one who loves food. Fabulous food is the ultimate aphrodisiac. Just ask, me, LOL...

Plus the damage to the earth's resources is horrible too I recommend watching cowspiracy on Netflix if u are interested. Again not saying I'm gonna be a vegan but it opened my eyes for sure

Eek. I can't even handle discussions about it. That's why I'm almost completely vegetarian. And don't even want to own real leather anymore.
