Need help with my phone

Hi guys!! something weird happened with my phone a few weeks ago, the Google Play Store got deleted and I can´t find the app anywhere. The problem is that in a week I have to update Whatsapp and I can´t do it because the google play services is gone  . I´ve done some research online and try everything even tried to download it again but I can´t. Can someone help me please?

If you have an i-phone just go to an Apple store or a certified dealer and they may be able to help you. Unfortunately, I am useless when it comes to things like this and spent 2 days last week on the phone with Apple over a problem I had when I downloaded their latest upgrade.  Apple solved the problem, but it was stressful.

I have a Huawei but an old one I really need to get a new one but here you have to work at least 2 whole months without eating or spending one cent to buy a phone

So I figured how to fix my problem in case it happens to any of you, I just went back to "fabric mode" or whatever is called, I lost everything but the things I got saved in the SD card, so I kept all of my music and pictures and I got back the playstore app so I`m trying to download whatsapp again. I tried everything and this was the only thing worked out.

I'm so bad with technology and especially non-Apple technology. I just got a samsung galaxy tablet 4 to fill out data for work, and I'm so lost with it LOL! And my finger isn't working on it. I click and click and nothing's happening. Not even my tablet pen works on it?? And I scroll and it's so slow, compared to Apple that scrolls miles with just a light touch.
