This is going to be one of the biggest breaks, and news, for EM in 2023 thanks to his bro, Fiddy! If this comes to fruition, this may be the most we see, and hear, from EM, in 2023.

I love fifty but im wishy washy on this
Fifty needs to really needs to do this right cuz it can hurt Ems legacy in the long run if done poorly
Im not against it but yeah don’t mess it up
But I guess if it’s done really well it could be epic
The casting has to be immaculate
Would Em be a producer too?
It would be cool if he got into that

I think 8 Mile can work as a TV show, so I'm interested to see what they do with it. I also think it might be cool to do an 8 Mile Broadway play and have Marshall co-produce the music so he can get that Tony and EGOT status. If they brought in Lin Manuel or someone like that, I bet it would be awesome! |

i’m going to go with the wait and see approach. I think some TV/movie reboots and revivals have been done well and others not so much. I will also admit I’m not the biggest 50 fan, so maybe why wait/see excited. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate his loyalty Em, and he does seem to have a good track record with business, but somethings he is outspoken about Etc., - I just don’t always agree

So what would you like to see? An 8 Mile remake? A new story? I read some fans comments and someone suggested a "Creed-like" story with older Rabbit ( Em reprising his role) coaching a younger rapper.
But I honestly doubt this would be Em's return to acting xD

But I honestly doubt this would be Em's return to acting xD I'd like to see it done narration style like Chris did with Everybody Hates Chris where you didn't see Chris Rock, but he narrated the series telling his story. It would be cool if 50 took that approach and it is not as much work for Marshall. Plus Marshall can make music for it, which we know that is what he loves. The music alone could make the series popular. That was huge for the show Empire starring Taraji P. Hanson and Terrence Howard. Also, a great way for Paul and 50 to promote musical talent like Boogie and Vince. They can have a place similar to the Shelter and the Hip Hop shop where people can hang out weekly. It can be done well, if you have a great screenwriter and director, and of course actors. Who can you see playing the female roles? |

Maybe entangle a mystery in it Basically use 8 mile as a jumping point (like similar characters but different names) and then kind of go a different route I just don’t get how they can make a show about a rap battle without more plots than 8 mile had. It’s gonna be at least 8 hours of footage. I also don’t hate fifty’s shows but I think some of the actors he chosee are meh so I think he has to focus hard on the casting. Less soap operas and more like breaking bad vibes |
