You guys, I just can't believe Kanye has gone off the deep end. First he throws shade at formerly enslaved people, then he wears a t-shirt he knows would cause controversy, then he stalks Kim and compares her to Marilyn Monroe, then he harasses Pete Davidson, now this....I wouldn't be surprised if we hear his life has come to a tragic end. It's so sad that he doesn't have people around him who care enough to tell him to STOP IT!

I'm sure people around him have tried to talk some sense into him, but he's just gone off the deep end with his political and social opinions. I don't think it can be blamed on mental illness, he's making conscience decisions to say horrible things and surround himself with horrible people.

Currently there is (and if you look at his history, there always has been) a huge lack of personal responsibility

I'm sure people around him have tried to talk some sense into him, but he's just gone off the deep end with his political and social opinions. I don't think it can be blamed on mental illness, he's making conscience decisions to say horrible things and surround himself with horrible people. It IS his mental illness. Kanye is bi-polar and the manic/depression comes in cycles. He was diagnosed like 5 years ago and has had it long enough to were you can tell when he is in a manic state. You, and most everyone, don't understand mental illness because it is a behavior thing. People think that mentally ill individuals are consciously making and choosing to act in an abnormal manner, when they are not. It is an illness just like cancer. You don't consciously make the decision to no longer have cancer. Mental illness is the same way. You can't consciously make the decision you aren't going to be mentally ill anymore. People who are bi-polar that are in a manic state literally lose touch with reality. I have worked in HR for many years and had to deal with employees who are bi-polar and their behavior is always erratic and abnormal. I could tell stories for days on the things I have had to deal with...like the guy who thought the government was trying to kill him through the water system, or the the woman who was going to sacrifice her kids on the alter of Jesus and was waiting for Joel Olsteen to come marry her, or the woman who was crawling around on the floor unplugging everyone's computers because pedophiles were getting in through the cables...and on and on. They say things that are outlandish or make no sense. They simply lose touch with reality. They are very high energy, often times not sleeping for days, which just exacerbates the condition and makes it worse, until they crash and go to the other extreme, which is depression. That is when they usually harm themselves and commonly attempt suicide. It is a horrible disease and very self destructive, as we are seeing with Kanye right now. You can tell now when Kanye is suffering from his illness when he starts going off on unintelligible rants on Twitter. Like I said, it comes in cycles and when he is not in the throws of his illness, his behavior and mood are normal, at least for Kanye. He doesn't usually go off on incoherent rants and make outlandish comments, like slavery is a choice or he's going Def Com on the Jews. That's how you know he is currently in a manic state. He also is blowing through money very quickly right now, which is also common because people lose contact with reality. I think that is what Britney Spears has and why she was put in a conservatorship - she was blowing through her money during her manic phases. Kanye probably needs to be put in a financial conservatorship for his own good. He will end up spending all his money and not even realize what he is doing. This manic state will pass and his mood will be "normal" for a while until the next episode and it will repeat itself. Who I feel sorry for are his kids. Having a parent with a mental illness is really, really rough on the kids. I had to call the brother of the woman that was going to sacrifice her kids on the alter of Jesus and he picked her kids up from school before coming to get her. When I asked the children if their mom was on medication and when was the last time she took her meds, they began to cry...the little girl was hysterical. It was so sad. Bi-polar people won't stay on their meds, especially highly creative people. It makes them feel weird and not normal. And with creative people, it interferes with their ability to create. So I expect these episodes to continue with Kanye because he's not going to stay on his meds. I just wish people understood mental illness better. It is a horrible, destructive disease to have and people think you are purposely doing and saying crazy stuff without realizing it is the disease causing the erratic behavior.

So bipolar disorder makes people anti black and anti semitic? I'm sorry but I just can't get over the fact his episodes seem to happen just when he needs to promote something, be it his political campaigns, clothing lines, music, beefs, etc.

Boy, Ye is getting dumped by all his sponsors. The Hollywood Jewish community is putting the kibosh on him big time. Even Kim jumped on that bandwagon. No matter what, Ye's got enough moolah to last him a couple of lifetimes. Guy needs serious help!

That thought crossed my mind as well. KWest had been blasting them for weeks before this.
