It looks like only these are being sued: Plaintiffs Adonis Real and Adam Titcher, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, bring this action against Yuga Labs, Inc. (“Yuga” or the “Company”), Wylie Aronow, Greg Solano, Kerem Atalay, Zeshan Ali, Nicole Muniz, Jasmin Shoemaker, Patrick Ehrlund, Christopher Lyons (the “Executive Defendants”), Alexis Ohanian, Amy Wu, Maaria Bajwa, Dean Steinbeck (the “Ape DAO Board Defendants”), Guy Oseary, Mike Winkelmann, Madonna Louise Ciccone, Paris Hilton, James Fallon, Electric Hot Dog, Inc., Universal Television, LLC, Justin Bieber, Gwyneth Paltrow, Serena Williams, Thomas Pentz, Austin Richard Post, Calvin Broadus, Jr., Kevin Hart, Alexander Pall, Andrew Taggart, Wardell Stephen Curry II, Nayvadius Wilburn Cash, Abel Tesfaye, Khaled Mohammed Khaled, adidas America Inc., adidas Ventures B.V. (the “Promoter Defendants”), Ivan Soto-Wright, and MoonPay USA LLC (“MoonPay,” and together with Ivan Soto-Wright, the “MoonPay Defendants”)Perhaps Eminem only did it as a favor to Snoop, but didn't receive money for it. Then he may not be liable if he did not profit for the use of his association. Poor Marshall, they drag him out his man cave just to get tangled in this mess. Maybe because he didn't work directly with Yuga Labs but through another company called Six.xyz (for the overpriced BAYC) he is still listed under "projects & partners" on their website 🤔 Oh wow! Maybe! But doesn't that company help artists build off of their own brands? That ape is an entirely different brand and not part of the Eminem intellectual property. It has me very curious now!

Crypto feels dead. So you'll see a lot of lawsuits like this of people trying to get their money back. I'm not sure if the lawsuits will be successful. Yes, earlier lawsuits against similar companies failed, notably one against Kim Kardashian,. The judge ruled that investor's have a responsibility to check into their investments and invest at their own risk. I kind of agree. You are silly if you invest tons of money into something because some celebrity is the face of it without doing your research and understanding how it works. NFTs never sound like a good investment. Reminds me of people who invested in beachfront property in the desert. People need to start thinking more. Everybody trying to look better with plastic surgery, no-one trying to get smarter and take some investment classes.

He had different nft projects too not sure if all are related or he partnered with someone else: - the SNL skits - the Nifty Gateway Shady Con collection (those were his own limited edition tokens, including that $100K beat) - Makersplace nft platform investment. - the BAYC 123 eth purchase (almost $500K at the time) with Six.xyz, using it as his profile on SM but never linking the wallet to his twitter account. - From the D to the LBC, Ape Fest performance, VMAs performance and the final nft drop Ape Editions on a Detroit platform. Very curious how this develops for him 🧐

If that is the case he might be on the other end suing these companies, such as YUGA Labs, which I think is a HUGE rip off.

I was just coming here to post this but you all beat me.
I seem to recall someone who vaguely claimed to work with Em and then shamed ppl for asking about it stating she would never betray his privacy like that. Then reassured us that this was a Very Smart Business Move and Marshall definitely wanted to do it not out of guilt to Paul and desire to end beef with Snoop, but because he was a serious NFT collector. Even though all it took to tell he was miserable was...HAVING EYES. So. That's interesting.
So sad that so many celebrities participated in this obvious scam. I bet you any amount of money this was one of the biggest regrets of Em's career. Being sober and miming that he was having a contact high at that disaster of a VMA that I think was the first VMA performance of his that got universally panned. Snoop and his team getting high around him, Snoop's fucking son filming him without consent. Daddy Paul turning Em's twitter page from something about rap into a BAYC advertisement hub and spaghetti retailer. And I caught heat for it here but I maintain From the D to the LBC had no place on CC2.
What a shitshow. At least Em didn't enthusiastically take part in the scam. In a sense he got scammed by the people around him (again).

But I did not understand why it didn't go on Snoop's album because I do believe Marshall did all of that to sooth over Calvin's feelings. Also, I hated the VMA's performance as well. Whomever thought it was a smart idea to take one of the most Stanned artists and have him perform mostly behind the stage, when he is usually hid out anyway and think that was going to be a crowd-pleaser, needs a new gig.

Thank you sparrow imo he did it just to please all those leeches around him and end the beef with Snoop imagine if he would have said no, do you all remember that he even dissed Snoop in Zeus, he was super angry and hurt, he explained it in the radio interview when the Deluxed version was released. Only Dre's health issues could fix that , Snoop was doing lives making indirect shots at Em, it was not a good moment

Reading more of the document the case involves a specific Hollywood agent, and the Crypto platform MoonPay :
This case epitomizes these concerns as it involves a vast scheme between a blockchain start-up company, Yuga Labs, Inc. (“Yuga”), a highly-connected Hollywood talent agent (Defendant Guy Oseary), and a front operation(MoonPay), who all united for the purpose of promoting and selling a suite of digital assets. The executives at Yuga and Oseary together devised a plan to leverage their vast network of A-list musicians, athletes, and celebrity clients and associates to misleadingly promote and sell the Yuga Financial Products.
The dates seem to match the Snoop Beef to which Em first refered to on Side B (Dec 2020) then Dr Dre got the aneurism on Jan 2021 and the beef "ended", then the crypto crap started, SNL Skit March 2021, Shady Con collection April 2021 (with that little Discord chat with fans), Makersplace investment Aug 2021, BAYC purchase Dec 2021, From the D to the LBC and Ape Fest Jun 2022 and the disasterous VMA performance on Aug 2022 with that abysmal quality CGI animation (which Em didn't even do the motion capture for) and finaly the removal of the ape from his SM. So I do think it is possible he agreed to work on all of this by snoop's suggestion since they were trying to fix things at the time 🤔
