I don't want to offend anyone here considering we all have either been fans at some point in our lives of Em.. but you have to remember this is entertainment. It's all smoke and mirrors. His whole career has been contrived and he is just playing a "role" essentially. If you think he has much say in anything you'd be sadly mistaken. I know a lot of you will think this is wrong but you have to remember everything we know of him it's what "they" want us to know. The entire entertainment industry is smoke and mirrors. At the end of the day they are just there to distract the public and profit. That's it. Of course we get great art out of it occasionally, but at the end of the day this is all a business. They all have bosses, especially Em. They are definitely going hard now that he is no longer on the label and they're trying to cash in on him as much as they can. He doesn't have a say because it's not just Paul he has to listen to, there's others as well. Just keep this in mind going forward... Yep. It’s all an image he gives and honestly has been been doing this from the beginning (like the accent he would use) I wouldn’t be shocked if almost everything we’ve been given was all lies and everyone was in on the act. Of course his drug use was serious but a lot of the personal drama was likely exaggerated. I mean he talked the most shit about his mom yet there are pics of them at a family birthday party but he’s making songs like Cleaning Out My Closet which he now won’t perform. Yeah im back and i don't want to reharsh this but honestly idgaf anymore and i know i myself started a conversation on this a while ago, im very aware - i think everyone knew that "Eminem" was just an image/act basically, same as the Slim Shady persona.They are just fictional characters with a touch of reality.These are the masks Marshall used and still uses to tell his story or make his music.That why he said atp that "Eminem is the rapper and Marshall is behind all this", he said something about SS there too but i don't remember what lol. But saying that "Em's whole career was contrived" is an exaggeration imo, altho yes i believe and i'm aware that Hollywood can be fake and that his team is controlling af. And about that Skylar advice, isn't it normal to want to be liked by your fans? After all, where do you think the money comes from? I mean, you can be "real" but you have to listen to the fans too. Before, i myself had my doubts that Em might've lied about almost all of his personal dramas but now, after some time of thinking, analyzing and he said so himself, he would take a truth and stretch it or exaggerate it. And mind you, i don't believe Debbie is a good mom for ex,same thing about Kim. After all even cps said Debbie's paranoic and they wouldn't take a child away and Nate leaving to stay with his brother at 16 just for nothing. And she herself addmited to some stuff Em said about his childhood in her book:moving a lot, going on welfare,Em being picked on,his dad leaving and other stuff..Kim said he really had a terrible childhood too (ik ik i remember when i said Kim made him a liar but that stuck to me) and that Debbie was crazy. So yeah, i believe there is truth in what he says to some extent. Neither of them are angels, neither Kim, Debbie or Em, but it's kinda clear they have issues and that they really had a hard life.That's a reason the relationship between Kim and Em failed imo.But ofc they had their happy moments too.And yeah,his drug use was serious i agree to that. Another interesting thing he said that stuck with me is that "his music is his therapy", his way of venting shit out aka his feelings/emotions where true, the core of the song,which is the personal drama, is true with exaggerated details to make it entertaining. Like when his mom sued him and he added some stuff about the court case in the song to make it interesting. In the end, who really know's, maybe everything is just an act and everyone lied but for now here's my belief:not everything is a conspiracy, but believe what you want for all i care 🤷♀️ If y'all don't like it just ignore it. Sorry if i sound pissed but im not in a good mood rn.. And unrelated but what happened to the account that now says "deleted"? The one Shimy quoted first? Edit: As someone from here told me once: you shouldn't judge someone or something based on a picture.As i said they had their happy moments for sure , like his mom said, but that doesn't mean everything was all sunny. |
