I felt horrible for Em during revival because that was a solid album and u can tell he put his heart into both advertising and developing it. I personally think he was super proud of it and then ppl just were terrible about it and jumped on the band wagon of hate
But CC2? Nah. He is releasing a song from 2009 and doing minimum promo plus the other two songs were essentially for other projects. He doesn’t seem to care to much about it so I’m not gonna force myself to care 🤷♀️
I do hope he is focus on a new album which is why he is doing the bare minimum and this is more Paul’s project

I totally agree with you. Some pple should stop calling themselves stans. They always drag him since revival. Most of them are young and listen to him since MMLP2. They want the old Marshall but can't see the Man went through addictions and recovery. He changed his way of life wanted privacy for his family and grew up. Most of them were probably not even born during the old eminem lol!
right, personally my mom was an eminem fan and so I became one. First of all thats amazing that he can have generational fans like that lol, but anyway I respect his growth and I am definitely understanding the changes and modifications he seems to have made on not only his attitude towards this business but in his life.
It's so weird the shift that happened towards him with his fans and the lack of empathy. And its not like he doesn't still got his starpower or stardom, thats what makes it weird to me. Usually people start turning on artists like this when they TRULY did fell off, like they have no presence ANYWHERE in the industry. We may not physically see him alot anymore. BUT his presence is still on charts and streams and his name is still in everyone's mouth. Thats the crazy thing, the world can go so long without physically seeing him, but they still think about him. Haters and stans. Usually people don't shit on someone like that, they actually take them seriously.
It seems like for some odd reason everyone is resisting taking him seriously and just want to poke at him. But the man is almost 50 years old, he is at the point where poking is just gonna make him not want to bother because he has left his mark and is 1 of 1. IDK what everyone is trying to achieve by messing with him.

How out of touch Paul is that he keeps posting for people to guess the song list when it has already been leaked. Lmao
Oh, I am sure they already know that. I've heard through a grapevine that Em was not happy on yesterday and it was related to his music. I am willing to bet he is aware of whats going on
So why they keep pushing this? It's been leaked so address the issue and adapt, be serious not an amateur Twitter promoter. Beyonce got leaked as well as most major artists are sadly nowadays. Did they really expect people working in target or any other store keep secret? NDAs? I remember Lana del Rey was shocked when her album was in the stores and actually went herself and asked people working there why they were selling their shit. There are so many people involve in this industry and everyone wants a buck and artists are the last people to know. It's clear to me that they are trying to get as much money as they can by selling merch, spaghetti, rereleases, expanded editions, remixes, it's all about the money. And yes, people buy the stuff and it's sold out in minutes because they support him so give them quality things. Moreover, most artists make money playing live, streaming and album sales don't matter. That's why old people like Elton John, Bob Dylan or the Rolling Stones are still touring in their freaking 80s, if they want to keep the money flow they need to play live. Em hasn't made a show since 2019 and I guess that had consequencies for all their business aside and all the machinery behind an artist from Em's calibre. And yes, people are always gonna critique every move and album he makes, it's been like that since the beginning, he feeds from that, he is used to of course, he hates it of course. But he's a big boy of almost 50 with a career of 25 years he clearly knows his shit but his team needs to adapt to the times, they are working like a small company from the 2000s and this will eventually hurt his legacy. Sorry, I needed to vent hahaha.

I do think he is trying to make his money
BUT its not just the critique. Fans breaking into his house and leaking his stuff. He's not Lana del ray, so I don't expect him to do things like Lana del ray. Em has a better reputation as an artist and handling his shit than she does. I don't think fans leaking his album is his fault and he shouldn't be suffering the consequences because there are shitty people in his fanbase. Beyonce got her stuff leaked but her fans waited together and obviously refused to entertain it, hence why she wrote a note to them
Eminem ain't gonna write the stans shit about that, because they aren't behaving that way with these leaks. Stans do not deserve that. I'm sorry but thats my point.
I feel like Eminem is over his fans and I 100% understand it. Breaking into his homes, hurting his sales, attacking his colleagues full force-sometimes unprovked, and then its the critiquing and he 50 but we all know he is sensitive. Calling someone like that trash, IN ADDITION to all the other things...Saying things I have never even say haters say when it comes to how he handles his artistry. Its pretty crazy that not too long ago I was on a site that generally hates him but they even admitted his team were good when it comes to PR compared to other artists. Sometimes he didn't even give just interviews, he has pulled STUNTS before an album.
Personally I just think stans want more than he is willing to give. But there is a difference between that a running your company like its small. I will always say Eminem knows what he is doing more than any stan will. The fact that he had been doing the surprise drops this entire time, and the one time he doesn't like fans swore he should have and that shit gets leaked and circulated by fans, keeps me believing that Eminem knows what he is doing more than his fans. He's the artist. He's the one that managed to be around for 23 years and still have the numbers that he does. Stans have already been proven wrong and to not know any better than him, when they bitched and complained JUST as much about his surprise dropping only for that to clearly backfire. Just like it did Beyonce who was also previously surprise dropping until this year.
I still say that he knows what he is doing and stans should just keep it on mute until Friday gets here. For all ya'll know this could be a stunt, or what you all think is happening may not really be happening. If it turns out that the leak wasn't really will or something i'd apologize to the stans LOL. But for now, I feel like at this point stans have too much gall and entitlement. Like if you really over him, you do not have to spend your money on him.

Mike Saputo designed the cover art inspired by 1980s pinball machine back glass art, and this style carried on to the back cover where the tracklist is printed.

This imo is the crux of the problem. Em and his team got incredibly lucky in the late 90s and early 2000s. They weren't that great at promoting then, but Em was great at rapping and the industry was different so the money came. Well, Em is still gteat at rapping but it's literally been almost a quarter of a century (omg I am fucking old) and they have done the bare minimum of evolving.
The money still comes but it's a lot harder. And they think fucking pasta sauce is going to fill in the gaps. Don't even get me started on the NFTs. I'm sure it makes money or they wouldn't keep doing it but God I can hear Paul and a bunch of wannabe tech bros talking about crypto is where it's at while Em tunes out.
Just to make it clear I'm criticizing Em's team, not Em. He is not supposed to be a businessman, Paul is.

Just to make it clear I'm criticizing Em's team, not Em. He is not supposed to be a businessman, Paul is. Exactly. It’s not Em really. During the nft junk Em looked like he wanted to beat up the tech bros on stage and clearly was annoyed it’s like Paul and the rest of Ems team keep going to him with all these stupid ideas and he is outnumbered so he just does it. i reference back to relapse era. Em was so happy/reguivinated and doing interviews by himself and was in control. Then Paul brought in all these random ppl and he just slowly pulled back. again mmlp2 towards the end was the biggest turning point for me. There was a shift - a major one. Idk if he kind of had a break down from ptsd that he didn’t address (let’s be real his life has been insane since he was a kid and he numbing it with pills for a long time and then finally maybe he just snapped after a few years being sober) and Paul and everyone decided to swoop in and take over instead of getting him actual help. Similar to Britney there were the rumors of him hurting himself back then around that time. Also both Rihanna and Skylar said Em seemed very isolated at that time plus there were rumors of him doing odd things like putting tin foil on his hotel walls. 2014-2017 was just ODD. Also Paul said they were gonna do all these things on twitter like shoot more music videos and everything just stopped abruptly. Or how he was supposed to go to the bodied premiere and last min he didn’t? Paul seemed agitated as heck idk just look how entitled Denaun sounds when he talks about Em in interviews. Same with Royce and Paul. I feel like they are just wanting to use him to advance their careers and really don’t care about Ems anymore. U can tell when Em is genuinely excited about stuff. When’s the last time he seemed super amped? Maybe a bit for kamikaze because he loves revenge lol but idk something is off. Only person I trust fully in Ems circle is 50

Also let’s look at all the things someone said that Em didn’t want to do at first and then was basically persuaded the last few years plus things that happened that just showed the backstabbing his team is
BME EP The Detroit cypher with big sean AFTER half the idiots on the song disrespected him Working with snoop after being humiliated by him publicly with NONE of his “friends” publicly having his back including Denaun and Royce The NFT crap (I don’t have proof on this one but judging by his face at ape face I feel like that’s all the proof I need lol) Joe Budden trying to essentially destroy Ems career only to have Denaun not only not defend him but write a public love note about joes shitty podcast and then give some lame excuse that he didn’t publicly defend Em cuz EM CAN HANDLE HIMSELFFFFFFFF Royce using shady records as a cash grab and then whining his way off the label and choosing Joe over Em which I found out that apparently Em was really hurt over (around 2021-which explains how Em was trying really hard around 2020 to do things for Royce back then)
Everyone on his team ONLY defends him when it’s something stupid but not when it counts. It’s manipulative. Part of me thinks that random lil pump drama was a stunt pulled by Paul to convince Em that look!! Denaun and Royce defended you!!! Seeeeee?!! LOYALTY because I’m sure Em was feeling attacked as fuck.
But yeah I’m sorry. But imagine Joe doing something like that to you-what Joe did to Em (which he recently just said Em was nothing but nice to him so basically confessing he was just using him for his podcast) and your “friend” a few months later write a public love note about how great joe is. How the fuck would you feel? I don’t get how no one finds that weird. And before anyone says WELL MAYBEEEEEE EM DID SOMETHJNG TO JOE AND DESERVED IT!! Like I said Joe just confessed that Em was only njce to him. Dude used him just to advance his podcast. And Ems supposedly two best friends are up this man’s ass?
Royce was like WELL JOE APLOGIZED TO MEEEEEE!!
Motherfucker it’s not about you. It’s about YOUR FRIEND. Who helped u soooo many times and got consistently fucked over from you and gossips about u like a little bitch on Instagram lives for ten hours a day
Disgusting. If ppl think friendships like these are genuine or healthy they are insane

One more thing and I promise I’ll stop spamming sorry!
But do y’all watch drink champs? You know how they always ask the question “what’s more imp loyalty or respect?” in there “this or that questions” Want to know where that came from?? Where they got that idea from?? Watch from 1:05-1:13:11 (I know the clip is kind of long to listen to Royce ramble but u need to watch the whole thing for context.
I guarantee If Em was asked he’d say loyalty because one can scream about respecting you while cutting ur throat. NORE I think was basically trying to tell Royce he was wilding and started asking that question soon after interviews. Also Royce’s excuse for Joe is pathetic. I think Royce played devils advocate because Joe has proof or facts about Royce being a slimy fuck. Even more so than Joe because at least Joe admits that he is snake. Even Joe question Royce’s intentions before too.
