I don't know if anyone listens to podcast, but I listened to this Joe Rogan podcast with Jewel (the singer) on. It is really, really interesting. She has had a fascinating life. She grew up on a homestead, no running water and an outhouse, left home at 15, was homeless, and came from a very dysfunctional family. She figured out on her own how to deal with her anxiety and other mental health issues. It's really interesting to listen to her explain what she went through to overcome her mental obstacles. I'm going to listen to it again, except this time take notes. There is a lot of what she said that I can apply to my life.

Anyway, anyone who is interested, it is well worth your time to listen.
