We’re celebrating thanksgiving today.. Saturday, with a few American friends! I finally found an actual turkey on Thursday…the thanksgiving gods smiled upon me… we almost had to cook a goose! Geese are everywhere here in Europe! We’re going to attempt that bird for Christmas, just like the old-timey English folks I’ve read about.
