The normal schedule is what they call a 9 to 5. I actually learned it from… not to namedrop, but Eminem does it. Eminem is strict. He gets in there at 10, and he leaves at 5, no matter what. Lunch is when lunch is, and you get off, and you eat lunch, and then you come back. And there is no fluidity, this is it, and this is the way it works. And it works! If you have a family, your family can’t rely on someone who is fluid. Like, “Yeah, I feel like I’ll do this…” It has to be “I’m gonna be there at this time, and then I’m gonna leave at this time”. So people know the structure. I think it’s cool that Ed learned from Em’s good habits! We know Em is a family man!♥️

I read in the other thread that some of you guys think that Em has someone special in his life, and if you analyze Ed’s words, he practically gave us a hint.
Em works from 10 to 5 cause he has a family to see later?? But who? His daughters are adults and live with their bfs etc.

If Ed said that, maybe it is because Em is no longer lonely guys!!!😻

I do think it's very possible that Em is in a relationship; but keep in mind Ed said this also a long time ago when the kids were younger so he also could still have referencing the kids. Additionally I just think EM is HUGE on routine. This is a man who said he eats waffles with sugar free syrup every morning. So yeah I think Em is a family guy - but I just also think he is a huge creature of habit and loves his little rituals/routines. I could see him doing the 10-5 for both reasons tbh- being a family guy and loving/appreciating structure

But this new interview was made in June 2021, so it’s odd to me that he brought Em to his conversation and talks about him in present tense knowing that when they made those kind of nights(2019) his kids were already old enough too. ( Hailey 23 and W 17) I wonder if Ed and Em are close friends like Em and Elton??🥰 |
