I can totally imagine her dad screaming "I am Britney Spears!" All she is to him is a brand. All he cares about is controlling his personal ATM. Scum. And I'm sorry but the rest of them...scum enablers. "I have mixed feelings", "I have regrets", "I was afraid." Well, ok. Perhaps in 13 years those feelings and fears could have been addressed. There is a reason Britney said her whole family should be sued/in jail. Not just Jamie.
Jamie Lynn is the possible exception...I know her IG post got a lot of hate but she is at least not on Britney's payroll, unlike Lynne and Bryan.
However, the person I really believed was the ex-housekeeper. That is so sad that Britney was so lonely and isolated that she was begging the housekeeper to bring her kids and stay overnight. Like if she couldn't have her own kids with her she could at least still fill her house with kind voices and kids playing. Instead she gets her own dad calling her fat and a whore, and firing the housekeeper that Britney clearly loved so he could replace her with a person loyal to Jamie.
I really recommend reading the whole New Yorker article if you haven't. The whole thing about people trying to sneak cell phones to her in gym steam rooms where the bodyguards Jamie obviously hired to spy on her couldn't see.

I totally feel for Britney as she's just a pawn in a game of greed. I don't think for a nanosecond she would hurt her sons. Birth control, verbal abuse and God knows what else. Her father and father appointed attorney should be taken to task. She may not be a rocket scientist by a long shot, but she deserves to live the life she earned! I mean, the woman is pushing 40 and they treat her like an infant. Granted, she had a nervous breakdown but that was decades ago. Judge needs to cut the umbillical cord!

Its like they are so afraid she will make a mistake and lose $. But we all have made mistakes and we learned from it. But of course they are so many people who are too dependant on her $ so they can not afford her mistakes. This has been handled poorly from the beginning. Maybe some were trying to help her but they just look like vultures.
Her dad is a mean drunk, her mom is weak, her brother needs her $ to live, and her sister has totally checked out on her and left her to sink or swim. Shame on all of them.
This is what happens when no one is really looking out for you. Vultures. FREE BRITNEY!!

Also, the more and more I learn about the breakdown the less crazy it seems. It sounds like a combination of extreme stress, postpartum depression, unmanaged bipolar (I'm not hating, I have bipolar II myself), and extraordinary circumstances like the police and fire dept and helicopters and ambulances showing up because she got a little emotional over giving Jayden to his dad. Also it sounds like the only person in her whole life who was nice to her was her housekeeper who Jamie later took away from her. I admit it, I thought the whole bald umbrella attack looked crazy at the time but now I imagine myself at the lowest moments of my life, and if there were hundreds of flashbulbs going off around me and some money hungry stranger asking me to pose and share my feelings and I KNEW he was going to make fun of me to everyone I might have done something in desperation to get him away. That moment wasn't "I'm totally unhinged" it was "I am scared and I just want you to go away." I already talked about it but the IUD thing takes the cake. Britney is one of those people who has always wanted to be a mom. She wants babies and kids around her so bad. Other "sexy" celebrities and pop stars were allowed to have relationships and kids...but the snake pit around her didn't want a single "hot" year wasted. Now she may finally have the chance to get pregnant and she may not be able to at 40...and adoption would be a nightmare for her given all the questions about her being of sound mind. And again I think of Em, of his isolation and his snake pit, and his paranoia which seems more justified now. I hope he has a housekeeper, and by that I mean I hope he has a "normal" person who doesn't want anything from him and doesn't have a motive, that he can laugh with. That unlike Britney he hasn't been alone in a hotel room wishing he had someone to hold his hand. But I would bet anything he has. Sorry, all I post now is novels apparently. Britney's manager has resigned: LinkThis follows Bessemer also resigning last week. The writing's on the wall and everyone is jumping ship. I think the judge will be ending this soon. |

I hope so. I feel like pos Jamie will try and force an evaluation "for her safety", if this happens I hope the judge appoints the evaluator as anyone who goes through her dad can't be trusted. I would not have imagined a scenario wherein Sam Lufti came off as one of the more decent people involved in the whole mess, yet here we are. Look at all these rats abandoning the good ship Jamie. BYE, WIG.
It's kinda b.s. though that it took them 13 years, Gilead sounding testimony, and the court of public opinion to yank these leeches off the wound. But at least it's happening.

The more I investigate this shit with Britney the more angry I get. And I also worry about Em. If Britney’s own family can do these awful things and get always with it and ppl thinking she was okay what about em? He became famous with no family and had a break down similar to Britney’s and after his come back he doesn’t even do interviews alone anymore. It’s concerning me dude
listen the lawyers letter to Britney. Hollywood is so corrupt and evil. Sometimes I think we forget Em is a huge superstar with millions upon millions because he seems so down to earth. And everything we are portrayed about his situation could be fake.

It’s pretty sad. I’m truly sick about what has happened to Britney. I don’t usually like to compare the two because Britney has had it so much worse IMO. I also think Em chooses to be a hermit and needs Paul in interviews for whatever reason.
Side note: I also think that Britney has no control of her ig. Her post are erratic and whoever is doing it is trying to make her look crazy.
