Ok, my graduation cakes! Sorry it's taken so long to upload them, I was lazy lol! I had nearly 40 guests, so I didn't make any savory stuff, so it was more just coffee and cake. I made a cake with mocha and vanilla filling, with caramel topping I also made a cake with lime and coconut filling, with blueberries on top And a mandatory cake when my mom is present is my lemon/lime cheesecake, lol

I also made rhubarb-"tosca" pie (tosca is apparently a swedish thing, it's caramelized sliced almonds). I also made rainbow fruit skewers, which we're actually a really fresh touch to all the sweet cakes. I didn't get a good pic of them, but you can see them in this pic, lol! The idea for the fruit skewers I stole from this pic I found online. lol

The lime-coconut cake was very fresh, a very good summer cake In Finland the mocha cake is a classic one, and I've always wanted to try to do the caramel topping. I was supposed to do it for my birthday, but I was 40 minutes late and then at the last minute I burned it, so then I just put strawberries instead lol! fail…

I have never tried making it, but I would want to try it! I want one of those torches, or whatever they're called, to make the sugar crust At the moment I have a lemon-almond pie cooking in the oven

Made a a red beet and sweet potato gratin, where mixed red beet and sweet potato pieces with dried garlic and salt&pepper, and added cream and a little cheese, and then in the oven mmmm ETA: oh and you can also add blue cheese if you like, I always make that for my mom, but can't stand blue cheese myself
