Kim definitely needs help, but jail time isn't the answer. It's Thanksgiving in 2 days and let's hope she gets to spend it with her family. I was actually thinking the same thing, I am hoping it all turns out best for her  |

Why did the judge treat as a first time DUI offender? She's like a 5th time DUI offender. I am glad to see that she has to submit to random drug testing. I was curious if she had relapsed on the drugs as well as the alcohol. Hopefully, this will help her get her life back on track.

I am not sure I found it odd as well. money tbh Tbh I dont think she needs jail time. I feel like the justice system throws too many people in the slammer. But I am really glad she is gonna have to do drug testing. I think she still struggles and if she is depressed like she states a lot of people, especially addicts, depend on medication way too much. Since she is being tested maybe it will prevent her from using. |

I think she still struggles and if she is depressed like she states a lot of people, especially addicts, depend on medication way too much. Since she is being tested maybe it will prevent her from using. I agree that jail time isn't always the answer, but sometimes it is. She purposely got drunk and drove her car with the intent (if you believe her) to kill herself with no regards to anyone else. I think that deserves some jail time, like 30 days. And like I said above, this isn't her first time, it is like the 4th or 5th. She has never served jail time for her DUI's, only for violating her probation. And one last note, she said is several interviews that going to jail was the wake up call she needed to get her life in order, so it wasn't a bad thing in the end for her. It might be the thing she needed to help her get her life back in order. But all of that is irrelevant, as she was sentenced to probation. I wish her well and I am glad to her she is seeking counseling. |

i wonder if they are back together... Hell no. Kim's a disaster and Em appears to be doing quite well. I think they are both smart enough to know they are a bad combo. Plus Kim certainly does not have the look of a woman in love/ someone who has recently rekindled a romance. Die-hard Kiminem fans need to let the Em/ Kim secret romance idea die, Lol. They have been divorced for 10 years already. |

i wonder if they are back together... Hell no. Kim's a disaster and Em appears to be doing quite well. I think they are both smart enough to know they are a bad combo. Plus Kim certainly does not have the look of a woman in love/ someone who has recently rekindled a romance. Die-hard Kiminem fans need to let the Em/ Kim secret romance idea die, Lol. They have been divorced for 10 years already. lol I mean Em went back to her a lot and i always thought stronger than i was -was about her. I dont ship them btw. But Em is/was pretty obsessed with her for the majority of his life. The possibility of them getting back together isn't inconceivable. He obviously cares enough to distract the media with random instagram posts whenever she is in the news again haha. Course he could be just doing that for the kids. Either way I hope they are friends at least. It seems like Kim needs one. Her sister just died and she seems to be battling demons (she looks pretty bad honestly). She could probably use a friend. Em probably knows the feeling all too well. |
