I really liked this new album, I wasn´t expecting to like it this much, I do like Rubin and I heard Dre had something to do with this album too, I think Em is always asking Dre for advice. I didn´t know Em was signing to Def Jam!! and I would love for him to put some new material soon-ish but I don´t think he´s so aware to do so for the critics, sure that fuels him but I don´t think he´s in a rush.

I don't know for sure if Em is gonna be on Def Jam, but with Paul going there it would make sense if Em followed. I mean, the Shady Records offices are gonna be pretty empty.

EM will retreat into his bat cave, but not because of the reviews but because he's a creature of habit. "Recovery" was a major hit and it took him years to put out "MMLP2" and then it took him years to put out "Revival" and it will take him just as many years to put out another album. If he has it in him! It's just the way EM operates. But it only took him a year to put out recovery. Its hard to tell at this point. Him and Jay-z are in a weird place in hip hop right now. There aren't many rappers that are in their 40s because the genre is relatively newer and it was recognized as a young man's game. Now, were beginning to realize that hip hop artists don't necessarily have short life spans anymore. With all this being said, I predict a new em album in the next year or so. I think he put out Revival just to test the waters. If the Chloraseptic remix was any indication, he might start breathing fire lol
