I disagree, hectorsrectum , that EM's "fallen off" if he works with DJ Khaled. I don't know why our EM hasn't done a riff or two with him because I think he's brilliant. |

I don't think its a bad idea for Em to do a song with Khaled. Khaled usually chooses pretty good production for his songs and if Em nails his verse it would probably be a hit. I think Em needs to get out of his comfort zone and listen to outside influences. He's too insular. |

I don't really know what to think of this collaboration. I don't really know DJ Khaled so I don't know what kind of music he can make, but the stuff I've heard from him is usually a poppy beat with some pop singer, so it's hard for me to imagine Em on a DJ Khaled beat. But maybe if he can produce hip hop songs too it could be a cool collab. I read he had produced beats for Jay Z so I guess it's not impossible with an Em feature.

EM is too insular, Admin , and that's why EM's songs are beginning to kinda sound the same ole, same ole. I'd love to hear that EM is working on new tracks with young, hip collaborators who could bring a fresh perspective to his lyrics. |

DJ Khaled determined to land a collab with Eminem...
From Billboard: It's no secret that you have dream collaborations, most notably Eminem, Dr. Dre and Adele. How close are you to securing those Em vocals?
Well, I mean, Eminem, I finally met him the other day at the iHeart Music Awards, but I didn't really get a chance to talk to him, talk to him. I talked to him on the camera, but I'm sure he's getting the kites, and the next step I think is for me to deliver something that he'll love to get on. I'm friends with his manager and I'm going to reach out to him and I'm going to send him something. Hopefully, he'll like to get on it. I just want to make sure when I send it, it's the one. Throughout the years, I've been telling you I've been trying to get him on records. I had the ones, but now, I'm working on the new album, so I want to create the new one. Hopefully, he's willing to work and again, I'm a big fan. He's somebody that I haven't worked with yet, and I would love to pull it off.
