This showed up in my inbox, so of course I had to read it to find out how my Emzy ruined someone's life. It's actually a good article...definitely worth the read.

Sure, this is a good a article, well written, but I have to say, what a click bait tho... What did Em have to do with this? Did he ruin her life because he didn't answer her emails? I fully agree with one of the commenters "I Love running to this song. The link in the EMAIL from Runner's World stated "Eminem’s Song Nearly Ruined My Life—Running Saved It" It should have been "I have PTSD due to an oppressive and abusive coach and school." While you associate one with the other, Eminem's song did nothing to you. I once had to investigate a suicide where a mother shot herself in the head with her young children at home. I got there so fast that the smell of gunpowder was still fresh in the air. I was a forensic photographer and had to spend a lot of time around the body before it was released. Still today, 18 years later, the smell of gunpowder can bring vivid images of that scene in my head, but I enjoy photography as a hobby. However I certainly wouldn't point a finger at the manufacturer and title an article "Gunpowder nearly ruined my life - but photography saved it."
I love working out to this song. Lose Yourself and Til I Collapse are always on my workout lists
