That was a nightmare… leading to anxiety in the middle of the night, leading to not being able to sleep, leading to more anxiety, leading to bawling my eyes out, eventually leading to a migraine  lol. Read my post in the other Thread with the Jackie Chan mega-photo. Instead of sauce maybe your intake is too much sugar. But don't be worried because I don't want to kinda back up your nightmare, me, but I sometimes think when I wake up, turn on the computer and check the news that there will be a headline..."Rapper Eminem Dead at Age..." I've been there, mentally, but thank God I don't have those kind of dreams. Nor do I have migraines. My mother suffered terribly from migraines so I willed it out of my system never to have one or a headache. And, I never have. Sure I've had hangovers but never an headache! Or a migraine. I don't envy you seeing how my mother suffered. |

It's just that I have had dreams that end up happening in real life, in the past, it always makes it even more horrible when it's something bad about someone I care about. The dates in the dream didn't add up tho, so I've decided it's not gonna happen, like ever.  I've thought about it, I've been there mentally too, and I just don't know how I'm gonna survive when that day comes… I just hope he'll have many many many, 45+ years. The really creepy thing is that the night before (I sometimes have these intense dreams so I wake up and still think it's happening, not necessarily nightmares tho) but the night before I woke up and for some reason expected someone to be next to me in bed (  ?) and when no one was there I got really scared like something had happened, and I was looking for my phone, to call him(?), and when I found my phone I kinda realized I was dreaming and no one was supposed to be next to me. But it kind of felt like it was Em I was looking for, even tho I never "saw" him in my dream or I never knew who I really was looking for. Now afterwards there are two dreams, two nights in a row. That's creepy as hell. Now I'm even more desperate for something from him, a pic, a teeny tiny interview, a phone call to shade45? I just wanna know he's ok  Hell, I'll settle for a brick if I know it's really from him, lol! As for the migraines, oh gosh, I wouldn't wish that on anyone! I spent the rest of the day "in the ER", lol, meaning I watched ER all evening  But I'd rather have a migraine than something happening to Em. You never had a headache tho? Never? Wow, I'm jealous. I had a concussion in 2012 and after that I seem to get a headache a lot easier than before, like if I don't drink properly water I get a headache, when I used to be able to not drink one drop of anything during the entire day and be fine. Also if I sleep badly I'll have a headache the next day, like it's almost a guarantee. Also I need to take a painkiller as soon as I feel I'm getting a headache because after the concussion if I don't take a painkiller immediately, the headache gets worse and worse until it turns into a migraine.  Ugh, concussions suck! I don't have a headache that often, but when I do it's not fun. |

Nope, never had a headache. When I saw how my mother suffered...Having to be sequestered in the bedroom, in the dark, for days on end, it wasn't a pretty picture and my mother is a lovely, wonderful woman. So I pledged to myself this wouldn't happen to me...Ever!...and literally, and mentally, willed it out of my system. It worked. And there is a God!

I went to this huge annual flea market today and found Macy Gray's CD (from 1999) for 20 cents and a small Burberry bag for 10€! I don't know if it's a real Burberry, but when I googled it it could really be real. And even if it isn't real it's still super cute, and I'm a bag lover so I don't care. I'm happy with my shoppings tho  |

So I started the gym this week and I love it, I have gym and classes like aerobox and stuff like that so I'm happy, a little hurt but that pain makes me feel happy 'cause I'm doing something to get back on track with my health

I was listening to the radio today at work and then a Bieber song came on so mature me had to change the channel. I just pressed one step right on the seeker and found a brand new channel, and a really good song was on so I started listening to that song and after that song they played Encore?!?! I have never ever heard that song on the radio before?! Lol! Well obviously any Em song is good on the radio. A lot of really great other songs too! Thanx Biebs, I guess |
