He looks really good! He's got a new bracelet, could it be some awareness bracelet or something? The other guy in one pic is wearing a similar one but yellow. And I love Em's hairy legs

And I love Em's hairy legs They are adorable pics, and the video you posted was too. Can't get over the fact that this little girl who's what, 7 years old, wanted to meet Eminem. She knew exactly who "Marshall" was. Wonder how she ever found out about him in the first place and which songs her parents allow her to hear. I noticed Em's bracelet too. It's probably what you mentioned. I enjoyed seeing Em's hairy legs as well, haha. He's so pale compared to that whole family, Lol. They've all got awesome tans and Em looks like he's been living in his studio/ cave (which I'm quite sure is reality actually).

I also had the Feeling her father or maybe older sister was the real fan and not her. Also the way the mother talks to her in the Video seems a bit Attention seeking like asking her to Show the card to the camera. Not trying to be negative so. I mean I am really happy for her is she is an Eminem fan and met him but it would be fucked up if someone from her Family used her to meet him. Also the comment from her mom that her husband and Eminem look like Brothers hits a nerve with me.

She is only like 7 though. So it wouldn't be surprising if she doesn't quite understand everything. Doubt her parents are using her "wish" to fulfill their needs. Nothing in that video struck me the wrong way. The mom was just video taping a special moment of her daughter that they want to be able to remember forever. I'd say let's give the parents a break and not jump to all sorts of negative conclusions.

I said that I don't want to be negative and I really don't want to. I just don't understand how a 7 or 8 years old Girl would know Eminem as he was "inactive" most of her life, especially recently when she slowly is getting old enough to know about Music, celebs and whatever. If she is a fan, fine. If not, whatever. I just don't like the way the mom is giving directions. You can tape a Moment like that without talking like this. With the Boy I am pretty damn sure it really was his wish and thats great.

Possible they know him through Rihanna, I know my 9 year olds in my dance classes know and love The Monster a lot, and want me to play it all the time, which I don't mind of course I mean unlike us I don't think these kids like Em because of his cute, shy personality or his attractive hairy legs and long angel eye lashes, but just like they like the boys from One Direction, why not like the "Monster guy" working with Rihanna? Once you see The Monster, which is a song I'd let a kid watch, maybe they look him up and see Without Me and The Real Slim Shady, which I think kids will like. I know those videos made me like him

I absolutely get what you are saying. And of course I know that kids that age won't like him for his looks. If you hear the Music from one artists because of another one, wouldn't you want to meet the one you heard first like in that example Rihanna? But it's all good. I just want to believe the best and that is that the little girl has a great taste in music and loves our Marshmallow.

I think probably someone else in the house is a big Eminem fan and the girl kind of latched onto him as well. So I wouldn't be surprised if one of the parents was a big fan and she just jumped on board. I'm pretty sure though that this was her "wish." I don't think the parents would use her that way.

How cute! I love seeing his charitable side. I get why stefanie would be skeptical but I guess it's not uncommon for kids to get fixated on random public figures. It reminds me of that cute little girl who was in love with Adam Levine and when she finally met him on Ellen she was completely confused haha. I mean in this case the little girl is a bit older so I'm sure she appreciated the opportunity a lot more but I get the feeling she isn't that big of a fan at that age. I think with Make A Wish foundation, the kids are presented with a catalogue of options and it might just happen that Em was the most appealing option at the time.

I always thought with Make A Wish it was like that that either the parents get in contact with the foundation and tell them what their Kids wish is and they try to make it happen or that the foundation gets in contact with the parents of a sick kid and asked them about the wish. I never tought they have a catalogue where you can pick from. If I remember right the first time a fan met Eminem through them it was a lot of work for them to make it happen, so I don't think he is on whatever list to pick from. This time was probably easier as he worked together with Make a Wish before.

stefanie You are probably right, I'm not too familiar with the process. I read a story years ago about a cancer patient not being able to get their wish so they were given other options, I can't remember the exact details. Either way, if Em was able to cheer up that family good for them. It must take a toll on the whole family dealing with a life threatening disease.

Yeah, she obviously knew who "Marshall" was and looked pretty happy to see him. Just look at her in the pics, haha: She's got a big grin on her face, her arm around him, and leaning into him. Not the look of a confused or conflicted kid. I'd be doing the same thing.
