EM looks like he's been crying!  He looks horrible. This was at the height of his drug addiction. This is really the only picture that shows just how bad he was. So glad he is better now. To think that he almost died. |

I always found this to be a bit creepy. I know he and Proof were tight and he was crushed when he died. But this is a little over the line. It reminds me of the over the top creepy Stan's. I hope since his sobriety he has come to realize the creepiness factor in having a shrine in his house to his best friend. |

I try not to think horribly of Kim. I mean I don't know her all I know is what others have said about her, but this picture right here to me says embodies everything everyone ever said about her. |

I guess I just expected her since she had similar issues that she said she had just conquered to be a bit more understanding not stand there like "yeah I got you" And that interview always bothered me...the first one she did right after he filed (which I can not find anywhere anymore) was a bit more emphatic. I mean she basically told all of us that he was still using (which at the time I don't think his fan based believed) but she seemed to be a bit heartbroken and if he would just come back they could fix this. I am not sure when in the process this was taken, I thought I understood that there were several court appearances before it was all worked out. I guess at this time she had just had it with him. |

Agree, and agree with your other post too. I have to say, for me, those later interviews kinda made me feel like Kim proved to people to be exactly like Em said. I mean it was very obvious she was super pissed, and that she had enough, and that she wanted to get revenge and hurt him, which I understand. But those interviews, she contradicted herself so many times. The TV interviewers tried to make Em sound like a bad, dominant guy that Kim was afraid of, and if Kim would've played along I think she would've gotten more empathy from people. But instead she disagreed with them, and seemed even frustrated that they implied that. Instead she made it clear that she wasn't scared of him, and never has been scared of him, and that she was very dominant in their relationship. Then during those later interviews, she first said Em was a great father and was very involved with the kids' school, and was active in their life, and then she basically ended her sentence with how he's a horrible father, and the kids don't wanna see him because he's just sleeping all the time?!? I have nothing against Kim and I understand her frustration and wanting to get back at him, but the way she went back and forth made her sound like she didn't even know herself what she was talking about. And going below the belt was immature. She kinda proved to be like Em (and many others said she's like), and Em's official reply "it's sad that I have moved on and she hasn't" (with I doubt was written by him personally) made her seem even more immature. I'm happy they're over that phase now tho and are friends! |

I know there was a huge fight last time this jacket pic was discussed on SC, but I'll stick to my guns, and like I said then I don't think it's creepy. He was his best friend, and no one can probably understand how much Proof meant to Em, so no one can know how Em feels about it, or what he went through losing Proof. A lot of people have their relatives' ashes somewhere in the house, like the mantelpiece. Is that creepy? That is a dead human that was burned after all. A lot of people have pictures of their relatives hanging on their walls. I have my grandmother's gold ring as a memory from her. I never use it, I just have it as a memory. I have my Eminem-wembley ticket framed on my wall. It's a memory. Em has a jacket from his best friend in his hallway. I don't think it's creepy. It's a memory. It was probably the greatest pain he had experienced losing Proof. |
