I know we knew an album was coming soon but I still can't believe it's been officially announced. I woke up today like "did I dream this or did it really happen". This is so much fun. I am so happy with the theme/concept. I think it's gonna be sick. I feel like he eluded to this with that merch ad where it is insenuated that Slim Shady was murdered. I also think the use of the song "Framed" might be a clue too. I know some fans think this might be his swan song, but I wonder if he is going to address the Stans who keep saying they want Slim Shady back and that he isn't the old Slim Shady and maybe he is playing with the idea that someone framed him and made it look like he killed off Slim Shady, but he lurks deep down below or something. Also, in this merch ad there is the phrase "The Terror Continues," which to me means there is more to come from him. Maybe this album is him coming back witrh a vengeance against people dissing him. There is no way he would retire with the phrase "coup de grâce" which basically means an end to a bad situation. That would mean he viewed the end of his career as something not done well. Does this mean we're also going to have an official first single from the album? If we do, I wouldn't be surprised if it comes within the next 2 - 3 months Im guessing the album will drop late July or August and maybe we will get a single in may. Im sure there will be a music video along with it as well, or at least I’m hoping there is. |

And I agree, I dont think this is his retirement album, nooo way. I really, really like the true crime, murder mystery vibes from the teaser so I wonder how that will all translate in the album. Hopefully we get a release date and an opportunity to preorder cd/vinyl soon. I don't think there will be a single before the album comes, seems like the industry is moving away from that.

We all know there is going to be a merch drop for this album lol but I’m really hoping that it looks nice. Im just not a fan of a lot of his apparel that he sells and I’m hoping for shirt or hoodie that is simple and not too tacky 😬
