I think this is the same thing that happened with Dina Rae…he simply cut ties with a lot of people he worked with back then. Dina did say she was told he was doing different things and was focused on his family/sobriety in her interview this summer.

Oh wow! That would make sense why Em never looked back. I know there has been recent suites filed by 8 Mile Style against Spotify and there was talk about Marshall old music being up for stock options and I remember reading that it is generally disrespectful to do that with an artist's music without their knowledge and supposedly Marshall's camp said they were not involved or had knowledge his music was part of a public offering. Now it makes me wonder if Paul has tried to buy those rights but has been unsuccessful.
