EM wears t-shirts with album covers. Most likely for copyright issues, the network that filmed it didn't want to have any infringement issues. Broadcast companies can be charged infraction costs, especially if it is a competitor. For example, say the album was distributed by Warner Bros. Entertainment and say the network that filmed it was Viacom and they have some type of agreement about showing their "products" if that is infringed upon, they can be charged infraction fees. NOTE: I don't know if those companies apply, it was just an example to explain.
