Hey y'all, I wanted to ask you if you know anything about his supposed back pain he had? I heard that was the reason he started taking pain killers in the past. Is anyone familiar with this? He did start pills during filming 8 Mile. It wasnt about back pain.

IIRC he had some sort of knee surgery that he got painkillers for, between that and the depression he gained weight and continued to abuse opiates to numb himself from the world.

The knee injury was after the overdose. 50 lied that it was the reason why Eminem gained weight when it was the pills and going for longer. He supposedly already had knee surgery early in his career but that was well before the addiction.

So we're down to knee or back lol

The bandaids are probably for blisters. I’ve done that and it looks like he is wearing stuff to pad his feet. Like preventive stuff But yeah he def has a bad knee 😔 I hope he keeps taking care of it As soon as saw this, I thought blisters. He’s a rap star, and must always have the freshest new kicks. And new shoes give you blisters when you’re being super active in them. I am curious if he’s had any joint surgery. I’m currently wearing a knee brace cuz my stupid German house is built with four layers, and if I want to go anywhere I have to climb stupid stairs (really missing my ranch home, single level house in California) and my old ass knees are suffering. Is there a magic surgery to make my knees feel like like I’m 12 again? I’ll sign up today.

So obviously his knees been bothering him for years! His knee injury - surgery story is still a big question mark lol and we know he uses knee braces on stage Knee surgery 2008 is confirmed. The one in the early 2000s has no known date but was talked about then. 2017/2018 is a Hailie Fan Account rumor.

He broke his wrist/arm/hand(?) in 2001. The story is still a bit unclear maybe? At least there are different versions of how he broke it? In some pics he has a big red mark on his arm, next to the Hailie Jade tattoo, wonder if it’s the same injury he had the cast for, or came at the same time? 🤔 Sorry for replying to that old stuff but I don't remember seeing that thread before (maybe I forgot). The pic was taken at a completely different time (earlier) than the broken wrist, so it can't come from that. Edit: Okay, I even posted here before. I am really getting old.

It could also be a stain from the watch. When people really sweat the gold can leave a blackish impression. It's called "black dermographism," which means "black writing on the skin." That may explain it.

That may explain it. Yeah but isn’t that usually from cheaper or fake metal? Or you get that from, I’m guessing that’s his nugget rolex or whatever it was called, lol
