I don't know when Hailie is getting married, but it seems like possibly soon...? If it is soon, why would a mother want to steal her daughter's "thunder" (so to speak) with this? We all know it puts she and Em in the spotlight...Shouldn't Hailie have her own time to shine? I don't know and can't diagnose Kim's mental state, but some mother's are jealous of their daughters and will try to compete with them. If this is the case here, it stinks. It stinks anyway because unless she got Em's approval, he's not going to be happy after helping her out. From some of his songs, it sounds typical, though...He helps and cares in some way and then she stabs him in the back and twists the knife. His song "Black Magic" comes to mine...He even calls himself spineless when it comes to the female he's talking about and I do believe it's her. This stinks I tell you.   Well she always seemed to hate publicity (unless it was to tell her side of the story) so I doubt she has anything to do with this ..but there were so many items about the girls and Em recently ,so maybe they wanted to catch up and see what’s going on with her too. She never seemed materialistic to me, she doesn’t walk around with Prada or LV of whatever so who knows about the reason for the loan… True. It was just a thought but thank you for pointing that out! And when I say "it stinks" I didn't mean anything malicious was for sure going on...I just personally don't like putting my business out there like Em.  |

I totally agree, but what is the motivation behind this. I can't imagine Eminem would be okay with this. He won't even share what he likes to eat any more with the public.  He doesn’t spill one detail about his personal life, not even his favorite color 🤣 Remember when someone asked if he was afraid of anything and he said giraffes because their necks were too long? Lol. He doesn't tell us shit. Not directly anyway. |

Kim being that thin actually kind of concerns me a little. I'm not saying she is or isn't healthy I have no idea. I just think if anyone deserves some "nesting" weight at this point in her life it's her.
Kind of interesting this was brought up bc I just was listening to a podcast about body positivity and it was talking about how we tend to congratulate people for losing weight as if they've "bettered themselves" and sometimes they've lost weight because they are goong through trauma and aren't eating or worse aren't eating because they are using drugs or drinking instead of eating. Me I'm the opposite, I binge eat when I'm stressed so if I'm fat I'm unhappy. I've lost about 40lbs over the past year finally after a long period of depression, PTSD, thyroid/metabolic issues, and overeating lack of exercise. It took forever though and I still have so much belly fat but damn I went off topic.

She wanted to show, that she is well, and at the same time, earns some money, because she has not worked for years, has a lot of expenses, and is constantly financed secretly! She was met with disapproval, but made statements anyway. They wanted the public not to find out, but she got away with it. He regretted it, what he did! Not healthy for him to have any relationship with her, nor is it wise for him to finance anything. Agree that a slim appearance does not always mean health. She's still an addict, even though she's sober and clean, and that is one of the reasons why she is slim. Typical junky look, sad to see!

Shady Games, Inc. bought Kim the house and threw in some extra dosh so she could make improvements. The Corp holds the note. Kim wouldn't qualify for a loan, not in today's lending climate. What I don't understand is...Didn't Kim make any money from the sale of her other home?! Also, I believe she got paid by The Sun to follow her around. Kim doesn't seem the type that has good judgement when it comes to investing or spending money. She hasn't worked, so going through 6 mil in 22 years seems logical for a woman like her. Makes me wonder if Eminem actually owned the home or bought it for her and put it in her name, and told her she needed to downsize and gave her the money to do that. She might have also didnt ahve the money to buy the house in cash so he fronted the money and when the house sold she would reimburse him. Because i think that was a 1-year term loan on top of it. The only way she can pay that back in a year, I assume, is through the sale of that house, ebcause she bought that new house before she sold the old one. Now, the question is, did he loan Nate and Ashley money for their nearly million dollar home, because I dont see how they make any money fro that kind of mortgage. But so smart to incorporate adn loan money that way ebcause if they don't pay him back, he can right it off. I guess he not as gullible as we thought, or maybe that is the working fo Paul or his lawyers and accountants. I remember in a Westwood interview a fan wrote in and asked if Eminem would give him money, he said he wouldn't give them money, but he wll loan money. He might have really meant that! |

Plus she is known to have smoked and she is even holding a pack of cigarettes in a pciture with Eminem back in the day. I don't think it necessarily makes her look bad that she smokes, it's just unhealthy, and especially if she is smoking around a child. But it is also known that addicts often pick up smoking when they are trying to get clean. Some pick up bad eating habits too. It's addictive behavior. But if it was in fact photoshopped, I hope she goes after The Sun for that misrepresentation. But, celebs need to avoid these tabloids. |

About the loan, didn’t the article say she bought her house for 530k in december (with the 615k loan) and eventually sold her old house in march the next year for 1.35m (and paid him back), so I guess she just needed money for the new house until her old house was sold and she got the money from that, therefore a short loan time

There is no doubt in my mind that EM picks up everyone's tab. He still helps Proof's family and his mom; no matter how he feels about Debbie. And probably other people we don't know even exist. He's white trash done good, so to speak, never got past 9th grade. I give him so much credit that he persevered in a predominantly Black profession and, as a whitey, and that man sure is white!, succeeded. He's not a spendthrift, by a long shot, and I believe he feels good about being able to help everyone out. Boy done good!
