Actually, I think EM is more of a gentleman, in real life, than people give him credit for. He's thrived on shock value, lyrically, but he could shock us in other ways as a wordsmith. Instead he delivers the same ole rehashed schlock time and time again. It's like he stuck in a musical rut and he can't get off the train. I mean, c'mon, he's still dissing Mariah and apologizing to Rih Rih. My observation is that we don't know when EM wrote the lyrics to these songs. EMs a collector of his own material so they (lyrics) could be older than newer if you get my drift. The man's in his Ferndale studio 5 days a week, 9 to 5, so in all honesty we don't really know when these songs were written. Not recorded; lyrically written.

Guys do u think this part in Zeus also applies to Royce ? I know he is talking about snoop just after but maybe he is also talking about royce and thats why he is not fearured in SideB

Royce was hoping to be on the project like two days before it was released. He didn’t know if he was or wasn’t but sure wanted to be. He mentioned it on his podcast and seemed super anxious when they were discussing jt. Something is definitely off in the camp and I’m worried about Em. sometimes I feel like Paul has been paying attention to Royce than Em. One of the reasons allegory was nominated for a Grammy was because of his “charity” he has been doing and a big part of that was because being on the Marshall Mathers foundation board. also u know royce is going to make some pity comment about the sales disguised in a back handed compliment soon |

The numbers are in and I hope he is ok mentally with it. 😥 I think this will be a wake up call for him though. Like I said before, he went backwards in this album portraying himself as a slut and with all that slut shaming, disrespecting his exes again made people turn off. Em needs to understand that women deserve more respect. Show us your positive side Em.💝 💝💎🎄 For context, sales wise I think it would be fair to compare this to Relapse: Refill and other deluxe reissues. And in that context, the sales are doing well. |

I do wish he gave Side B it's own title because I think it's good enough to stand on it's own. And I do think it's weird how people are slower to listen to it because it's a deluxe. Get on it people. But it's all good. Hopefully we still get some more music videos and appearances out of this.

Don’t know if it was just me, but I got all links on my phone and when I got to work and wanted to listen to it on my computer, I had to search for it in some weird places on spotify, in some “this week’s album” playlist or something. I didn’t even find it on Em’s artist spotify page?? When I bought it on my home computer, it took me ages to find it in the itunes store? 🤔 hopefully it’s just me tho |

This makes me feel better tbh. We got so much more music from it that its weird to think of it as a deluxe but ultimately that's what it is. Either way the album is so so so good and I am thankful for it. This year sucked so this really came at a great time imo. Em has been working so hard lately dude. Its appreciated for sure. |
