It's too bad EM can't get off the Mariah schtick and come up with some new thought patterns. Hardly shocking! Exactly! Even fat joe looks unconfortable in the video, scratching his head when the mariah part goes on.... As much as I love him, if he can't get new ideas, even on a simple verse, maybe he really needs to retire. |

As much as I love him, if he can't get new ideas, even on a simple verse, maybe he really needs to retire. Thank you guys for saying this. I feel the same. I LOVE LOVE Em but this is just embarrassing. I know Nick Cannon brought it up last month but IMO Em is so above him in the game that a response was unnecessary. Never punch down. Maybe they are planning for Em to appear on Wild N Out (its still on right?). Does he only have yes men around him? Someone needs to be telling him this sh*t is old and move on. |

sophiemom Exactly!! That's the first thing that came to my mind when I heard the line, his freakin yes men!!! How come none of them told him this is embarassing Em! Embarassing is litterrally the word I was looking for lol, thank you! Em is so disconnected that I think he might not know how lame he can sound but how come Paul, Royce, Deanun don't tell him. Even Fat Joe. I guess he is really seen as a big headed untouchable superstar now days. Correct me if I am wrong but Nick didn't bring it up himself. He was asked about it and didn't really said nothing new or insult em. He just said what happened 10 years ago.

And I love it when Em is petty. Also looking at the tweets and the YouTube video responses ppl are still on Ems side. Em can’t win. Either he ignores everyone is considered full of himself or he responds and ruining his legacy I do think he has some issues but I really doubt this is going to destroy his career in the long run. |

matty well I didn't say it's going to destroy his career at all. Of course everyone on his side, a lot of his fans base are young kids that knows nothing to hip-hop and more than often does more bad for him than good, not being objective, putting him on a pedestal like he is God that can do no wrong. Even his mediocre albums are a huge success....Come'on lol You know huge celebrities fans are a little bit coocoo....
