Do you think it would be useful to copy some things from the archive? Are we even allowed to do that? I was wondering the same thing! Like if we ran across old interviews could we just post them in one thread? There's nothing legally binding to stop us. It's not an infringement since all the stuff posted is in public domain. It's just a matter of cut and paste. Go for it!  |

Hey, I'm new to actually signing onto the board as well; but I've used to check out the old Shady Camp proboards going back at least 7-8 years. I'm so glad you guys set something else up. Thanks

How were you guys able to find this?? You are are more internet savvy than I am. When I tried to pull up the old site, it just says the forum was deleted. So good job! @bdc, are you now known as Admin? |

BDC, now Admin , made it easy for us. I just googled "What Happened To The Shady Camp" and it took me to a ProBroads thread "What Happened to Shady Camp" which tcat started and then lilmonika, BDC, cally and riversong1 all came on board as well. BDC took the bull by the horns and here we are! |

If you check out the first post on this thread you can access the old Shady Camp up to a certain point. Not everything is lost...

Hahaha. I meant how was someone able to access the old site (the topic of this thread)? But it is interesting how everyone found each other. Any other old regular posters who are still MIA?
BTW, wow, it looks like everyone has been really active on here over the past week. You guys have racked up like 50 to 70 posts each already. Lol. Apparently I've missed out on quite a bit of action. I guess sometimes losing something makes you realize how much you liked and appreciated it.
But seriously, is the smiley selection going to improve? We thought we had it bad before... What are we gonna do without our little peen-peen and drooling smilies?

I have tons of them uploaded on my phone, but there are tons of apps for them. I still can't find one that allows you to upload them to use in a forum or message board. I will keep looking because like you, I too think we need way more emoji's! |
