Things that make me think it's for the Video:
-The way it "leaked": I don't know much about World Star Hip Hop but it's for sure not a Paparazzi page like TMZ for example. So if that was a legit leaked Video of Eminem and some woman hooking up, I would expect it to come from another Website. Also there is no article to it, just the Video. Wouldn't a page obtaining something exlcusive like that (if they know it isn't for a MV) write an article telling us "an exlusive source...". But when just putting it up like that they letter can say they never claimed it's real.
-How fast her Name came out: Within minutes of the first fans talking about the Video we knew who she is. I mean I never would have recognized her. I think someone who know about the Video (maybe herself) put her Name out for promo/Attention. I mean Eminem fans are quick but she isn't famous enough and the Video Quality ain'T good enough to find her within minutes. So someone must have spread the Name on purpose. If she really was dating Eminem or even if it was only sex and a a Video like that leaked she wouldn't want her Name out like that, let alone even like Tweets about the Video.
-She is young and an Actess: Not saying Eminem wouldn't date someone the age of his daugthers, even so it's a weird thought but she is not only much younger but an actress. If she was from Michigan they couldn have met somewhere there but I don't see Eminem going out in LA hooking up with a young actress. He is paranoid about being used and well, if this whole thing is real, she definitely is using him. And even if not, she is using the Attention.
-Nobody from his Team/Family follows her: I checked her Instagram and nobody from Eminem's cycle follows her. Not Paul, Nate, Nates Fiance, one of the Girls, Porter.... I mean Austing (Kim's supposed Ex) still leaves comments Nate's Fiances pics. It seems they are pretty open to new "Family additions" and if there was a relationship between this Girl and Em, at least one of them would follow her
-The Hotel room: It just Looks so weird. Eminem has different houses, if he wanted to hook up with a Girl in private he probably would pick one of them and not a Hotel with maybe People working there noticing him. I mean the room Looks cheap and cheap Hotels aren't as private about things like that as expensive ones. A cheap Hotel would match the Song as she is supposed to be cheating adn the guy in the Song isn't supposed to be Eminem/rich in my eyes.
-The whole behavior on Instagram: Her and her BF unfollowed each other on Instagram and now he is following her again. She made her Profile public for a short time, then private again. Minutes later she tweeted the Name of her only official Instagram page and when someone said it's private she told the Person she does accept request. Seems like she wants to gain followers with fans being interested what she is posting. Her bfs Profile was public until Fans (including myself) shared the link to it on Social Media and Message Boards. She followed Eminem and Ed Sheeran on Instagram recently and once when fans pointed that out again, she unfollowed Ed Sheeran.
-No reaction from Shady Records: We never had a "leak" like that but Shady Records reacted to dating rumors before. Nobody is trying to shut it down so far and the Video wasn't taken offline. Even the pic of the graphic guy with Eminem was deleted and Nasaan deleted his Videos with Eminem in the Studi.
That's all I can think of right now but I probably forgot something.

It’s weird Stefani. I wonder what the family thinks about this? I mean, it’s his work, but we are in shock 🤕🤪because it’s not typically of Em to do something like this in public with a girl.
I wish his daughters, Hailie specially was more involved in his career though. I wish she was there with him, showed him more support in public, showed that she cares etc. I saw her Instagram and she’s always traveling with friends, but while we are busy growing up, sometimes we forget that our parents need us and are growing old too. Maybe this is Em’s way to crave for their attention?
With this video and the kiss with this lady, he didn’t really care about his daughter’s opinion and usually he cares.

It’s weird Stefani. I wonder what the family thinks about this? I mean, it’s his work, but we are in shock 🤕🤪because it’s not typically of Em to do something like this. I wish his daughters, Hailie specially was more involved in his career though. I wish she was there with him, showed him more support in public etc. I saw her Instagram and she’s always traveling with friends, but while we are busy growing up, sometimes we forget that our parents need us and are growing old too. When Em said in Castle, take care of your mother, he really meant it!
The whole thing is weird but until proven different I believe it's weird promo for the Video. It seems they are trying new approaches this time around and not all of it works out.
I don't really know how his relationship with his daughters is. I mean I am sure he loves them and they love him but they don't seem to be as close as years ago. Of course that's just an outside view. I mean growing up ain't easy and growing up having a famous father must be hard. I totally respect that there aren't private pics of Eminem and his Girls or even his nephews but at times I also think it's weird. Seeing pics of his Family it's like he isn't really part of it. I think the last time we saw them in pics with his closer Family was Alaina's and Adam's birthday Party a couple of years back when there were pics of Em with Nate and Adam. I mean even Kim's bf Austin was in pics with Whitney, that's strange. Not strange that he was in pics but strange that her father never is.

Yeah! It’s very strange. I know he’s a good father, but I wish Em was more open and shows off his family more. In my opinion,he had to walk with Hailie at her homecoming instead of Kim. I wonder why he hides himself when he’s with the family, but he’s so happy posing and kissing that Sara for the world to see. *😡😡 Like you said, the Austin guy seemed very friendly and he was very close to the family.. He was good for Kim cause the family liked him.Also, I like that he’ is not talking to the media either. He knows many things, yet he doesn’t seem like an attention seeker like Jenny, Em’s ex body guards etc. |

And yeah, if Em wanted someone decent and loyal he could find a good wife for him, but it looks like good girls are definitely not his type.😢 Britanny Murphy seemed so nice, wanted a serious relationship and liked him a lot, yet he let her go. |

She still could be with him, we know so little about Kim's life. All I know is that Austin still comments on Social Media, so even if they ain't together anymore he still might be close with the Family.
I do think Sara likes the attenetion. I mean she isn't a big Name yet so of course a Video like that with Eminem, no matter if real or promo could boost her career. Well, it's hard to find out if someone is using it for the advantage or not. If they took a more experienced/famous/professional actress (if it's for River) People wouldn't have been fooled that easy.
We don't really know what type of women he likes.

I also heard he works for Em (and some of these People seach sites stat he lived under the same address as Em for 1 month) but the way he was around the Girls and how everybody said he is dating Kim, I believed it. I thought he either worked for Em and that's how Kim got to know him or that he was dating Kim and Em gave him a Job when he needed one. I don't even know what kind of Job he is doing.

On my phone it was (can't find it on the comp) but I took a closer look at it and it looks all their Videos are marked sponsored Content.
