I like it. Political songs are not really my thing but I can appreciate the sentiment. I could do without the yelling though but I guess that's just how Em raps now. I kind of miss his voice on songs like Kill You, he was yelling but it wasn't annoying, idk...
The problem with a song like this is that it opens the door for the Alt Right/racists to dig up his old racist tapes and throw it in his face. People were forgiving the first time around but who knows how people would react to it today with social media being such a powerful tool. I don't think a lot of people know of the existence of these tapes. Risky move on his part.

tcat I'm not really excited for the album either but hoping to be pleasantly surprised. They definitely ruined the hype for me. Oh well... Agree with matty I could care less about how well this album does sales wise. They did it to themselves.

Crook was not trolling by the way. Don’t know why everyone jumped on the bandwagon trashing him. He truly didn’t know if it was real or not and later found out from Paul it was fake—and then posted it was a fake track list. Anywayyyy—7 more minutes until new single! Think it;s gonna be the Phresher song. Stoked about the cover art. That promo for the album cover with the piano make me believe further this album is going to be melancholy as can be. I’ll probably be crying my way through it, Lol. Soooo excited!!! Oh please, couldn't he just reach out to Paul and someone from the Shady crew? He's asking fans to confirm if the tracklist is real, really? How the fuck would they know? Anyway agree to disagree I guess. Sorry for the multiple posts.

tcatI liked all the songs so far tbh. But I really don’t think he is gonna sell more than 500 k and he only has himself to blame Here’s where I’m at. If I personally like the album then I’ll be happy and so far I’m enjoying it. I’m done worrying about if he will do well among the masses in terms of money and reviews. I just want it for my enjoyment and Em and his team can deal with the shitty number sales. They deserve it at this point. So yeah if fans like the album they should get it but if nothing piqued ur interest why bother? Em doesn’t seem that upset lol Dude is probably napping lol or pretending to be ll cool j with his gold chain and kanglos in the bathroom mirror lol Judging by the fact that they haven't released any music videos, and chose a 5 minute song without a beat and a 6 minute song about police brutality I'd say that sales weren't at the forefront of the minds with their promo strategy. The Storm freestyle was all about drawing a line in the sand, and the singles are equally confrontational. They're trying to make a statement. I think that once the album comes out they'll probably chose a less confrontational single and do a music video.

Can they at least give us the proper freaking date? Everyone who ordered the preorder is seeing the expected release date as the 17th not the 15th. Like come on -I know something happened that probably messed up their flow but this is just rude to fans Amazon MP3 has it listed as the 17th as well. Everywhere else has it listed as the 15th, so I'm thinking when they sent out the info to digital sources they had the date misstated. Luckily, that's easily correctable.

Untouchable is so fucking good Ppl that hate on it needs Jesus Reminds me so much of TES Em I also was thinking this might turn out to be a TES type album, which is actually my favorite album of his. But, seriously, how can you say that first verse on Untouchable is so fucking good? .

Legitimately don’t get it. great flow, great lyrics, riding the beat perfectly. I don’t mind the “yelling.” Because it’s not off beat and it’s not like on MMLP2 yelling where it sounds choppy. (Ie the stop and go flow he was obsessed with). Like I said it reminds me so much of his flow during TES. Love how he switches his tone while still flowing flawlessly (IMO) idk I just really really like it. It’s been what I’ve been wanting from him for a long time. Listen to it while jamming in your car. Also just take a step back and really listen. I think people are so used to his angry choppy flow that anytime he raises his voice ppl get aggravated (like ptsd or something lol) but like I described above it’s actually really good here imo.

But, seriously, how can you say that first verse on Untouchable is so fucking good? . The whining on that first verse is literally impossible for me to listen to. It kinda breaks my heart, cuz it's exactly what I've wanted from him - political, hard-hitting -- but the music and flow aren't there like they were on TES, and that's what makes a song. That "sight of yooooouuu" just comparing that is painful And it hurts cuz second verse on is good -- cuz you can hear inflection in his voice. Like "Lions tigers and bears, oh my!" And "but you kill each other -- facts!" Is perfect. The inflection matches what he's saying, it's funny, it's on point -- it doesn't feel forced, which I think is the real issue ppl have been having with his shouting I mean, he screamed all through Kim, but it was genuine emotion with changes and inflections that matched. It just bothers me BECAUSE the rest of the song is so dope. I hate that I have to skip the whole first verse

I don't hear any whining either ? The only thing I thought I could have a problem with was the rock/heavy-ish beat, since I'm not really a fan of that kind of music, but that grew on me and I don't mind it at all. I still have to listen more carefully to the lyrics, haven't had time for that yet

I don’t get why everybody gets so bent out of shape with all of Em’s associates. They are not all attention-seeking or have ulterior motives. Like it’s not a big deal. It’s really not.

Love the song overall. Not a huge fan of the rock beat or the elongated sounds during the first part, but I am not letting that ruin the song for me or my excitement for the album. Untouchable isn’t perfect, but for me it doesn’t have to be. I like everything about it other than what I mentioned. The intro and second half were god-level rapping imo. That flow was off the charts. I’m sorry though that this forum consists of such unhappy people. I’m enjoying everything Em does these days tbh. Probably heard Untouchable like 10-15 times already and it gets better with each listen. :-D
Can’t wait until Dec. 15th! Got my pre-order in with iTunes and then will go buy my physical copy the same day. And can’t wait until we finally get a music video. He’d better plan on doing one—actually several—especially since he’s hotter than ever these days. <3
