It's sad that it gets so much shit on the internet because I really like it, mainstream or not. Seduction is my favorite song off Recovery  Oh I love Recovery! That was the album that won me over. I was working in Iraq and I was depressed and homesick and going through a really rough time with coworkers (aka the Den of Evil-ha ha) and I bought that CD at the PX. I would listen to it at night when I came home I would crank that album through my headphones and it really, really helped me get through a tough, tough time. When I got home for good the next year I started following up on him and heard his story in more detail I was really impressed with him. Anyway thats my story! Wow, that's an amazing story! And it's amazing how music really can help you through things, because Em has helped me through things too. Nothing as tough as I can imagine being in Iraq is, but still. And if I'm honest I was so happy when he dropped Relapse and he was back. Relapse is not bad at all but Relapse didn't have that same longevity for me as his other albums had, so I got a bit worried that I didn't feel the same about his music anymore, but then he released Recovery and I was releaved because that one had that longevity for me again. After I got tierd of Recovery as a whole album I listened to Seduction for 8 months straight lol! I guess until he released BME  |

It's all 2Pac for me these days. Can't get enough of him. Listening to the Tupac Resurrection CD on repeat. Em did great producing three of the songs too. Listened to All Eyez on Me before that. Strictly 4 My NIGGAZ is next.

Adele can sing, no doubt. I think she has the best voice we have heard in decades honestly. But I just can't get into most of her songs. But then again, I hardly listen to anything else but hip hop these days. Other kinds of music hasn't been appealing to me at all for the longest time. I've got a ton of old pop/ dance/ electronica/ alternative/ classic (70's) rock music CDs that I never listen to anymore. Haven't heard most of them in years.

I can't seem to pawn them off at used music stores either. So I've already given a bunch away to charity thrift stores. Just don't think I'll ever listen to most of them again. The only ones that really still stand a chance are all the Sarah McLachlan and Madonna albums (have got most of both their album discographies). Oh, and Dido's Life For Rent. |

I'm really happy Craig David is back in the spotlight again! I like his new dance style songs, especially Nothing Like This, even tho I love his old R&B songs too, like Fill Me In
